Nice stay...would stay there again!
Pros:

One the best a la cart breakfasts that I've ever had. Closeness to PNC Park was very much a plus too! Bed was comfortable. Also was close to downtown restaurants.

Cons:

The lack of the room key attached to a mobile app was a major disappointment. The mobile app was quite unusable on top of that. Valet parking was a bit of logjam during check-in.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

The staff were so nice. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast attendants were very accommodating for our large group for breakfast.

Cons:

They could have had more towels at the pool. Called down to get more, it took quite a while for them to bring a few towels up.

Won’t go back.
Pros:

The 2nd room I booked was upgraded. Bartender was exceptional. Handles food orders even though I was ordering drinks. Good suggestions and great service.

Cons:

Front Desk was confused. Wait staff at restaurant facility was horrible. Practically threw the menus at us and was just overall horrible.

A good night's sleep and attentive staff, but not a luxury stay.
Pros:

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Location was excellent. The blackout curtains worked well. The staff was immediately responsive to two requests we made.

Cons:

The room was small, and the bathroom was very small. The room was dated; there was rust on one of desk lights. While the blackout curtains worked well, we had to work to position them properly, tucking one side behind a long mirror that was hung right next to the window. The parking fee of $44 a night—not including tip—was ridiculous. The lobby was large but spare and uninviting. Ads on the doors of the elevators detracted from any feeling of luxury. Maybe it was the weekend we were there, but the price of more than $300/night seemed excessive.

Ótima localização, mas o serviço fica a dever muito!
Pros:

A localização do hotel é fantástica. Está bem no centro, no encontro dos 3 rios, com uma vista linda e acesso a pé aos estádios e vários restaurantes. O quarto é padrão, confortável, com ótima ducha no banheiro.

Cons:

Paguei a reserva com café da manhã incluído. Das 6 noites que fiquei, só consegui tomar café em 3 noites. O serviço do restaurante é péssimo. Muita demora para ser atendido, houve dia que o restaurante fechou mais cedo porque estavam "em reunião de emergência", o buffet só funciona no final de semana e quando o serviço é a la carte aí que o serviço piora ainda mais. 15 minutos para assentar na mesa e 20 minutos para chegar a comida. Quando tem compromisso pela manhã, fica impossível aguardar. Outro ponto, meu colega ficou preso por 1 hora no elevador, após uma queda de 2 andares. Super assustador e o hotel não fez nem um pedido de desculpas ou ofereceu algum apoio ou compensação. Por último, o serviço de limpeza só é oferecido a cada 3 dias.

The showers were way too small and the curtain blows in and sticks to you, if you don’t keep it inside the tub, the water will go everywhere

Great location. Good hotel building. Comfortable rooom.
Pros:

We could walk to all the central locations and quickly access buses for the rest of the attractions. This area of Pittsburgh is very open, modern, scenic (3 rivers nearby) and parklike.

Cons:

The room was only serviced on the first night of a 6 night stay with us having to request any fresh towels and replaceable items from the staff in the corridor.
