Pros:

Loved the breakfast option included. Had the best eggs Benedict there. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was clean.

Cons:

I felt the valet parking, although super convenient was pricey. We didn't move our car, so 45.00 seemed a little much

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Pros:

Cody at the bar was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. He truly made our trip memorable and relaxed. My sister was staying here with my mom and he was so generous and kind. He knew exactly what they drank and even helped them pick out the perfect drink to compliment their dinners. He was knowledgeable and extremely friendly in all areas of hospitality. Definitely made the stay. Thank You CODY!!

The Wyndham Grand is truly GRAND!
Pros:

This hotel is the best! The location is perfect. You can walk anywhere. The staff is the best of any place I have ever stayed, especially DEBBIE!!! She catered to our every need with the best personality and always with a smile!!! She was so helpful with any and everything!!

Location is perfect, a lovely hotel too.
Pros:

A wonderful stay in a hotel that is incredibly located.
Staff were very friendly, food was good, room was ok & the bed was incredibly comfortable.
A short walk to so many different places including the home of the Steelers & downtown Pittsburgh.
A great place to base your stay.

Needs major upgrades
Pros:

Location is nice with the park and views. The rooms are old, dated and look dirty. The beds are horrible and for the price not worth it. Only reason we stay there is because it is the host hotel for the competition we attend. Staff is very nice and helpful, the pool is open, gym is well equipped.

Wonderful the location was great. The staff was wonderful. Always stay at this location.

Michelle at the front desk was very welcoming and made checking in very accommodating. The lobby was extremely clean. Somebody came out with a cart to help load my car. Everybody was extremely friendly.
