Majorly needs updated. The photos of this hotel need updated . The pool is too small for the size of the hotel . And the hot tub is even smaller. Pictures were very deceiving

Pros:

I like it was close to everything and the area as very nice .

Cons:

When I booked this room I was not told there would be a 50.00 hold . I was also not told I HAD to pay for valet parking and I didn't factor that into my budget or trip and I was annoyed and upset by this . I also purchased the room price with breakfast and was told I didn't and had to pay breakfast . I even spoke to staff before o booked and was told breakfast was included .

Far less than what we we expect of a hotel like Wyndham.
Pros:

We liked the location and amenities, including the indoor swimming pool for my children, and fitness center

Cons:

A very lengthy check‑in process was handled by what appeared to be a trainee staff member. Unfortunately, the same staffer also took an unusually long time during check‑out, was unable to explain an unexpected charge on our final bill, and initially declined to provide a printed copy for review. The issue was only resolved after the manager—and later the F&B team—intervened to correct the error. This experience was extremely frustrating and left a poor impression.

Wonderful stay with an amazing location and view.
Pros:

The location was perfect as we were in town for a football game. We were able to walk to the stadium and restaurants easily from there. Room was very comfortable and clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The halls were dark, the carpet was stained and not as clean as I would expect. The restaurant was only half open, so there was a huge line to get to eat, so we didn't eat there. Very short staffed in the restaurant.
