Cons:

Horrible. Mix up with booking.com and have reached out to Wyndham in writing and by phone and no one has answered or responded. Even booking.com has reached out as well. Very unhelpful and obviously no customer service . Will never stay here again.

Amazing location, staff and view
Pros:

Staff was great, the location and view they gave me were exactly as requested.

Cons:

The rooma are a little dated and the beds are just sheets with a duvet insert for blanket.

The hot tub and indoor pool area were so hot you could hardly even use it, everyone was complaining about this and this was the entire reason I booked a stay here.

Scenery out my window and the beds were comfortable

Cons:

They need to replace the lamps etc. especially the one on the nightstand could not use the outlets wires coming out. Parking was ridiculous we had to park on the street only had valet parking

A great stay
Pros:

The room was nice and had a great view of the point. We were within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The pillows... wish I'd have brought my own. They were fluffy but just not the same as my memory foam.

Great stay, great view, great staff, mediocre beds
Pros:

We loved the staff and hotel. The staff did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable. Amenities including hot tub and pool, on site valet. We throughly enjoyed the valet parking, it was $44/night but compared to other large cities this was a great deal.

Cons:

The bed could have been softer, of course some people like firm mattresses. Some of the room seemed to be worn and in need of updates but overall it was a good stay
