Nice room, love the view we got by the riverwalk. The room was not clean we saw stains on the couch and they didn’t clea

That is was downtown and on the river walk. Easy to get around downtown. Didn’t need to take my car out due to we can walk to the place around us.

Cons:

I having bad to say about the property.

No puedo decir que me gustó mas porque no respetaron nuestra reservacion y nos mandaron a otro hotel, que aunque esta nuevo y muy cómodo nosotros buscábamos estar conectados al river walk.

Ótima opção em San Antonio
Pros:

Excelente localização, quarto grande, limpo e confortável, bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Não é um problema, apenas uma constatação. Apesar de ter 4 elevadores, quando o hotel está muito cheio, não é fácil pegar um elevador. Se vc estiver num andar intermediário, muitas vezes o elevador para lotado e vc tem que aguardar um bom tempo até conseguir entrar. Como eu estava num andar alto, não tive problema para entrar no elevador, mas ele parava em praticamente todos os andares e parecia um ônibus lotado. 😉

Great service at the Hilton on the Riverwalk!
Pros:

Blakeleigh served us during the two days we stayed, and her service was truly above and beyond. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Absolutely 5-star service—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great Riverfront location in vibrant area so also loud
Pros:

We LOVED being able to walk out the door straight to the riverfront in one of the best areas…the historic Villita and Rosita’s bridge to one side and the boat tours just steps to the right along with the start of vibrant restaurants and bars. We utilized the 15 mile river view paths and walked all the way to the Pearl District. Close to the Alamo. Big rooms. They were under construction while we were there but didn’t bother us. Nice to have a Starbucks and the pool, though simple, offers great views. Peleton in the gym which is nice.

Staff at the restaurant The River’s Edge didn’t treat us well when we arrived for pre-paid breakfast. No one acknowledged we were there. We sat ourselves, then they got upset.
