Please update wifi connections
Pros:

All awesome!

Cons:

Wi fi doesn't work. I couldn't even hook up to my hot spot. For this level of hotel, you NEED to get wifi going.

Pros:

I had an outstanding stay at the Hilton Palacio del Rio from July 11–14, and I wanted to recognize the team for making my visit such a memorable one.

What stood out most was the hospitality. Every employee I interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping guests. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of, and that level of service remained consistent throughout my entire stay.

A few team members deserve special recognition for going above and beyond.

Brian from valet made a great first impression. He recommended a great local coffee spot, pointed me toward the Monarch Bar, and took the time to make sure I knew how to get there. His friendliness and willingness to help really set the tone for my stay.

Israel from valet also shared a fantastic recommendation for Budros, which ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. Both Brian and Israel made me feel like more than just another guest.

Anna from room service was wonderful when I ordered pizza on Saturday evening. She was friendly, professional, and made a simple room service order feel personal.

Lilayana, who was bartending on Sunday, was excellent. She was welcoming, made thoughtful recommendations, and created a fun atmosphere.

Sherre’ll was another standout behind the bar. She makes a top-notch Old Fashioned, and her attention to detail, personality, and genuine hospitality made spending time at the bar one of the highlights of my stay.

Even the small things made a difference. I forgot my toothbrush, and the staff took care of it without hesitation. Those little moments say a lot about a hotel's commitment to its guests.

I've stayed at many hotels over the years, and what separates a good hotel from a great one is the people. The team at Hilton Palacio del Rio clearly takes pride in creating a great guest experience, and it shows.

Thank you to Brian, Israel, Anna, Lilayana, Sherre’ll, and everyone else who made my stay so enjoyable.

We absolutely loved it and will be back next time with our kids and family!
Pros:

Loved that we had a balcony, we were originally planned to stay in regular room, room was not ready just yet since we arrived early. We also liked that we were able to go straight to the river walk on the lower level of the hotel.

Cons:

Only thing I did not like was that the shower head and water kinda had me worried. Everyone we took a shower it would not come out right as well the tub kept getting clogged up with just water even after removing the drain stopper.

Cons:

Vallet parking is expensive and took over an hour to retrieve our car even when told it wouldn’t take 20-30 minutes.
