Cons:

Location of bathrooms outside of the bars in the hotel, had to take an elevator up or down one floor to use facilities.
PUT THE Keurig COFFEE POTS BACK IN EACH ROOM, take out the little expresso coffee machines out of the rooms, along with the little ceramic cups. Ridiculous!
STARBUCKS NEEDS TO PROVIDE TRAYS to carry multiple coffees.
Hilton needs to provide shuttle service to the airport.

Pros:

Great room, Great view!! Israel our bell hop was amazing!

Cons:

Checking out was a nightmare... took almost 3 hours!! Elevators too crowded to get down with luggage. Decided to use bell hop took them over an hour to come get our bags. Waited over an hour for valet to bring us our vehicle. 50$ for parking is ridiculous. The room was great. The view was great.. Staff was friendly. Everything else was a nightmare!! Why overall satisfaction was a 5!!!

Beautiful setting on the River Walk right downtown and only a couple of blocks from Alamo Plaza.
Pros:

Appointments and decorations was exceptional. Staff was professional, courteous and helpful.

Cons:

The $55 per day valet parking rate seems high.
