Top Tier Valet Service
Pros:

Erick in valet went above and beyond to provide quality service and make me feel special. He even provided water for me before I went on a walk because it was a hot day. I appreciate his effort. Ruben and Richard were also very polite in welcoming me, opening my door and ensuring me they wanted my day to be great. This was top tier service and made my impression of the hotel memorable. I will be returning.

Great Riverwalk restaurant
Pros:

At at River’s Edge Restaurant at the Hilton Palacio del Rio. Great food and service. Noreen was great. Also try The Monarch Hotel across the street. Gorgeous hotel with great views, delicious food, and special drinks and cocktails. Will be coming back to both.

Pros:

The food and service was TOP notch! I had the chicken quesadillas- highly flavorful and tender! Sitting on the patio for lunch in June is not usually an option, but the shade and fans were perfect!

The Bellman Team
Pros:

The bellman team was phenomenal! Each and everyone of them. They worked as a well oiled engine. One guy stood out more than the others. His name was Brian. He help me as well as other travelers as if he was our personal Butler. He said how can I help you? What is it that you need? He made you feel like to special! That's with everyone he helped. Kudos to him and the team! We need that crew at every hotel in America! I salute them!🫡 Job well done 👏👏👏
