Just the Starbucks In this hotel - staff might need more training on attitude with simple questions like what flavors do you have or do you do cold foam
Breakfast was good many options as soon as you walk into the breakfast area you are greeted by staff they ask you what you want to drink and bring it to your table.

Beautiful spot for lunch. Octopus tacos were excellent. Great grilled flavor. My server Noreen was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu.

Me and my family came in from Houston and stopped in to have breakfast at River's Edge and had a great time. Noreen was our server and she is just absolutely the best. She’s very genuine and kind and was on top of everything. We will definitely be going back again.

The care we received from the staff in general made our stay a memorable experience. We were particularly impressed by the warmth and attention of our waitress, Icesis. She is someone we will never forget.
Pilar was wonderful! Very accommodating, shared her knowledge of the menu and when asked she shared her thoughts of the menu choices. And she was fun to have as a waitress. Thanks!

We stayed at The Hilton Palacio Del Rio this weekend while attending the AC/DC concert and this hotel is amazing. Very well kept hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable in this Texas heat. Ours had a heat city view over looking the River Walk. We were fortunate enough to have Julia as our server several times, she is top notch. Always very polite and very responsive to our questions and our needs. Our glasses never went empty, which is huge for us. The food was amazing, I am pretty sure we covered every food venue they have and there are several. This is a must stay if you are visiting the River Walk or San Antonio in general
Ruben at valet was amazing! Helped me get all my stuff loaded while I was chasing around kids. Super happy (especially it being so early in the morning lol), super helpful, and super kind.
The guest ambassadors Courtney and Christiana were very helpful assisting with me with information with the trip to Hawaii. Very friendly and nice!
Good location and nice enough staff but holy cow… the NOISE! Even on the 12th floor the music is so loud you feel like you’re right next to it. Probably one of the worst things about this hotel…valet is another area that needs work.
If you are “upgraded” to a river side/river view room, DECLINE it unless you like being kept awake until well after midnight.
Waitress Icesis at River's Edge was amazing.
