Great spot off the riverwalk -between Durty Nelly’s & Prost -easy walk to other great spots on the river we enjoy

I was joyfull to find my room available at 10 am. Staff at this hotel is top notch!
Pros:

Palacio del Rio is my go-to destination, even after not traveling to San Antonio for 8 years. It’s consistently maintained and the staff is always accommodating.

Cons:

The pool water was roughly 60 degrees (VERY cold). I don’t know if it’s not heated or possibly malfunctioning. I really would have enjoyed my stay more if that was corrected.

It was good, the room wasnt very big but it did its job.
Pros:

The location right on the river walk was great. They dont allow pets in the hotel unless its a certified service animal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room balcany was nice to sit at night.

Cons:

The bathroom could have been cleaner and updated. The toilet seemed like it was low almost like a kids toilet. There was no microwave in the room. Our room was on the street side which was surprisingly noisy at night and we were on the 17th floor.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location.
Pros:

Hotel located directly on the riverwalk conveniently situated near restaurants and attractions. The included breakfast was wonderful. We were upgraded to a river view room. C’Nia, Julia and Stacee went above and beyond in making our stay most enjoyable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

I could not think of anything else we could have wanted.
