We visited the bar and TV area to watch the early FIFA rounds after work and Sandra Y took great care of us. She was funny and attentive. And the TV area was great for chilling. The hotel was very convenient to the conference center and right next to the river walk. Super location. My favorite surprise was the Culligan Water dispensers near the ice machines on my floor. Automatic but also included flavored like cucumber and berry. Very cool and well done Hilton. That was a nice touch.

no servia la pisina , aparentemente en el 22 nivel tenia el rooftop no se podia llegar con el elevador , la cocina cierra temprano y todo al rededor tambien habia una mini cucaracha en mi habitacion , las camas ya necesitan cambio ya tiene desformado al acostarse no incluye desayuno ni parqueo

Our flight to see my recently widows mother-in-law was diverted to San Antonio so we stayed the night in a local hotel. My husband and I, our daughter and her 16 month old baby girl came to have a meal. Julia served us and made what was a challenging travel day into a truly enjoyable experience! Her service was top notch and she was so kind and friendly! She made our time there very special. We are so thankful for her! The food was so delicious too! We highly recommend Julia!!
My husband and I had a wonderful staycation at the Palacio. Thank you to everyone for being so kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the overall atmosphere was 10/10 for us.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Hilton Palacio. Everyone was so warm and welcoming during check in. The rooms were very tidy. The amenities were wonderful and I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Everyone was professional and friendly from the front desk to the front line to valet to management. I hope that my Iowa Hawkeyes have a bowl game down here soon. I took a boat ride in my guide was so proud of America. Very very refreshing thank you Texans.
