Top Lage mit mitterlwertigem Frühstück
Pros:

Top Lage - direkt am Strand.
Relativ ruhig, vor allem nachts.
Kleiner Laden zum einkaufen in der Nähe.

Cons:

Qualität des Frühstücks - 2 Tage lange gab es kein Brot, deswegen einige Optionen nicht verfügbar. Generell nicht sehr hochwertig (zum Beispiel Joghurt mit Granola und „dominikanisches“ Frühstück war nicht sehr gut)

Pros:

L'appartement est très bien située, et dispose d'une très belle vue sur la mer. La résidence est sécurisée par des gardes, nous y avons laissé notre voiture en toute sécurité. La piscine et la plage privée sont super, idéales pour du farniente, du repos!
Nous avons passé 4 nuits excellentes.

The location was great

Cons:

The bathroom tub did not look clean, and the window in the shower was not frosted therefore all the workers working around the area could see right through the window so we could not shower in that bathroom. One of the AC units was broken making it hot and uncomfortable to be in the room. The TV was not functional.

Pros:

Great place had everything we needed in an apartment for a productive stay . Rosa was great at front desk . Beach could be better but overall peaceful. Be aware they charge an electricity fee upon arrival , didn’t know that until we checked in . Overall a nice place in front of beach and gated and close to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere no need to uber / taxi unless excursions .

Pros:

Die Duschen in beiden Badezimmern waren verdreckt, Klospülung war defekt, dreckige Küche und eine Kakerlake gesichtet.
Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, aber das Meer hat man definitiv nicht gesehen. Die Betten und Zimmer an sich waren ok.

Good stay, the place very convenient.
Pros:

The location is great, not only the beach but restaurants and markets nearby made it very convenient.

Cons:

The check-in process was ok but the guy who took us to the room didn’t show us around and didn’t explain anything about the apartment or what was nearby. The apartment needs better ventilation as it feels too humid inside.

I have stayed here several times and I will continue to come back ! .
Pros:

The property was an excellent location for spending time at the beach. It also had many restaurants and little shops in walking distance. The apartment was clean and very spacious!
