Cons:

You need a coffee machine in the lobby. Your guests in the bar area are much too loud, no sense of appropriate behavior in public. And please keep the dogs out of the hotel--it's not a dog kennel.

It was okay. I have definitely had better.

Where it is located. The amenities. The breakfast guy was nice.

Cons:

The shower curtain had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. And I thought I asked for a patio but did not receive. And the bath tub stopper was broken and nasty so my daughter couldn’t take a bath.

Decent lodging, would book again, specifically a balcony suite.
Pros:

There should be better notation of the rooms with balconies.

Cons:

The TV cut on and off and changed channels on its own, without prompt, at random times of the day and night. The shower has a partial glass door.
