Location
Room tv didn’t work, heat didn’t work
Everything! It was my favorite hotel/resort in SD
Nothing.
Staff was very nice. View from the room was very nice.
The place is very run down and needs a makeover. The video on their website does not show this. Food was only available at their restaurant Covewood and was less than mediocre and overpriced. Resort fee of $40 and parking for $47 means adding almost another $100 to your bill.
Facility is clean, staff is friendly. We were very happy with our choice to stay here. Will return in the future.
we brought our own breakfast.
isolated location. didn't like the espresso machine in room.
A beautiful property set in a beautiful location. The rooms exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious.
The staff was simply amazing, from checking in to the restaurant, the people ensured the experience was memorable, enjoyable and welcoming.
The rooms and the facilities are great
Had trouble with the AC for some nights, the room was cold
Table arrangement is quite inconvenient. No flat surface for ironing clothes
The facilities and location
The communication. They charged us again for the resort fee and the new parking fee by giving us a message so close to our stay. The new fee went into effect on Jan 5th but they sent us the email after that to let us know the new fee. The resort fee was already paid and included in the price while we booked with booking.com.
I spoke to Isabel, one of the staff, on Jan 9th and she was so accommodatin. We got the resort fees refunded and Isabel also put us to the old parking fee. Thank you for your help, Isabel. We really appreciate that.
Other than that, we like the resort, just the amenities is limited. We had to ask for a kettle and some teas since there was nothing in the room.
We might come back but hope the service and communication will be better. Thank you.
Coridors outdated and dirty
The room was roomy, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the hotel itself is gorgeous and well maintained. There are a lot of fun things to do there and great places to lounge and enjoy the views.
Location and staff
The hotel was the perfect location and the staff were really polite and respectful. Quick access to everywhere in San Diego. Also has an amazing Spa!
There was a lot to do on the property, the had volley ball fire pits and a beautiful tennis court. The show was small but had everything you need! Locker room with a sauna, major plus! The view was great could see the fireworks from seaworld.
There were a lot of charges, as in hidden charges for taxes, resort fees states fees etc., $45 for parking and $40 resort fee which is pretty ridiculous considering paying $250 for a room.
Great hotel, super central to sd and great staff! Would comeback, feels like a quick little Hawaii get away. Super close to Point Loma , fiesta island, zoo, etc
