Great location. Beautiful view. Staff was great!
Perfect small hotel! It's a 30 second walk down the road to the main promenade with the beach and restaurants. The hotel has beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use at the other beach a 2 minute walk the other direction for free. The rooms were adorable and the balcony sea view was phenomenal!
Geo&Art hotel is perfect for those who like to be in the middle of the action in Himara. Walking distance to the beachside, restaurants, and bars. The service is excellent and the hotel is clean and well kept. The staff they have there is amazing. Note that this hotel does not have parking but they do have a recommended spot about 5 min walk from it. I belive I paid 10 Euros per day there. Also, if you like total quietness, note that this hotel is in front of the lively part of the city. It becomes very quiet at midnight, however.
The hotel was cozy and views amazing, however there is no nearby decent parking, there is no privacy on your patio or barely in your room if neighbor is on their patio, and the nightly noise from the kids arcade and nightclubs goes late into the evening. Outdoor table ice hockey plinking is somehow so loud?! We booked two nights and forfeited our second in hopes of finding something quieter.
Great place across from the public beach
We had a fantastic time in our stay at Gio R boutique we spent a couple nights the breakfast was exquisite the location where the hotels located. It’s right across one of the best beaches in all the area there are food options galore the general downtown area is 100 feet from the hotel And the whole hotel staff made the stay one of a kind.

This was a fantastic hotel and we loved our stay here. Great central location, wonderful staff that are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast and food from the cafe they run is amazing!!

Très bel hôtel et très bien situé. Personnel adorable mais hôtel bruyant car bar en face avec de la musique jusqu’à minuit. Pas de parking non plus alors que c’est noté qu’il y en a un. Possibilité de se garer dans un parking public pas très loin mais c’est 10 euros la nuit.
GEO & arts est un petit bijoux de Himare.. tout est exeptionnel, la vue, le service, la beauté de notre chambre et les alentours. Je recommande fortement.

L’hôtel est incroyable. Il est très beau, très propre et extrêmement bien situé. La nourriture est très bonne et assez variée. Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins.
Cute little hotel in a fantastic location. Definitely splurge on the sea facing rooms, the balcony was the highlight of our stay. I believe it’s run by a husband/wife Albanian duo and staffed by a few of the kindest Pilipino women. Everyone was very helpful.
The beds were very comfortable and beach towels were provided daily.
A few things I would have liked to know before booking or upon check in:
Parking costs extra and is down the street. Not a problem but it was a bit hard to find. A map would have been useful.
The hotel provides passes for beach chairs and the beach down the street. A huge plus and something we loved but a map of how to find it would also have been useful.
It is a bit noisy, walls are thin and music from the bars goes on until about midnight, but wasn’t a huge problem for us.
The door handle of our room was broken the whole time, as was the toilet seat. Not a big problem, both worked well enough but I was surprised that neither were fixed.
The Geo & Art is a family run boutique hotel. We loved our stay at Geo & Art. We had an amazing view of the sea and were only steps away from the beach and dining. The Geo & Art offered reserved beach chairs and umbrellas at a beautiful location only a short walk away. They also provided us with a towel. I recommend bringing water shoes as the beach is rocky. Our hotel was only a 10 minute taxi ride to Himare Castle. The Family (staff) helped us secure the ride to the castle and back. We loved our stay at the Geo & Art and give this hotel our highest recommendation! Thank you for everything!!!

Great loacation right on the beach. Staff were lovely and helped us out when we had a medical issue. Bring ear plugs if youre sensitive to noise.
From the moment we checked into Geo & Art, our stay was absolute bliss. The view from the room was spectacular, the decor was warm and inviting, access to the beach was so easy, and getting to the shops and restaurants was a breeze.
As for breakfast - I have been to a lot of hotels, and I've never experienced a more delicious and satisfying breakfast. Whether you like sweet baked goods or savory breakfast meats, everything was fresh and abundant.
As if the location and the meal weren't enough, the staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. We enjoyed visiting with them and learning a bit about Himare. When it was time to go they made us feel so welcome to return that we didn't really want to leave!
If you are looking for an inviting spot on the beach that is not overcrowded, come to Himare. If you are looking for a place to stay that will make you want to come back over and over, come to Geo & Art.
We liked the hotel, but there are a few things worth knowing before someone books.
There is no onsite parking despite it saying so in the booking. Local parking options are very limited!
During our stay we had issues with the key system beeping very loudly during the middle of the night which woke us up. The traffic and the bar are loud too but we expected this.
The room was very small, I suspect we got given the smaller room when we had booked the larger one.
Breakfast being included was a bonus.
