Enjoyable stay, would use the hotel again.
Pros:

Good room size and good location as long as you waled in the right direction. If you walked a block the wrong way you'd be right in the heart of the Tenderloin district which doesn't feel very safe. We had a bathroom door handle that kept falling off which didn't get fixed during the duration of our stay but everything else was very good.

Roof bar, outdoor pool

Cons:

My room was not available with outside space, old fashioned hotel. Apart from the rooftop bar which was very busy, there was no relaxing area to sit around. The lobby bar was very busy, basically just an extension of the reception area and the shop was ridiculously expensive.

Cons:

Many things not open or out of order. Room was very dirty and dated. Side tables and coffee were sticky. Dust all over. Bath room floors were not clean. Door to bathroom was broken. Carpets not swept. Purchased a two queen beds, room not available, kids slept in filthy pull out couch.

Pros:

The location was great also they provided free tooth paste and service was quick and good

Cons:

Very dirty and lots of things were damaged and broken and old I felt like I was in an 8 motel my bed was broken and sunken in on one side

Nice, clean hotel for the price.
Pros:

Great location. Lots of food places at a walkable distance nearby. The Moët Chandon vending machine was fun!

Cons:

Bathrooms in the hotel room had no hand soap available.
