Great. I'd recommend and stay again.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff went beyond expectations, particularly front desk and luggage assistance. Room was comfortable and clean (except outside of windows). Value was also exceptional.

Cons:

Nice view, except room windows (outside) were very dirty. I understand this is not an easy or quick fix, so I didn't mention it to staff.
Parking was confusing at first, but once I went in and out a couple times, I appreciated it.

Good hotel with great amenities
Pros:

Good hotel and nice lounge at the top. 24/7 convenience store in the lobby is very helpful and the rooms are large and good, Abdullah in the front desk was also very helpful and made our experience very memorable.

Signature Hilton reconnue: valeur sûre!
Pros:

Proche de union square. Excentré des Pier mais ça se fait bien à pied: compter20/25 minutes de marche. Qualité Hilton, on reconnaît la signature: class, raffiné dans le hall.

Cons:

La taille des lits queen. Beaucoup le signale mais pas de réactions de changement. Le soir, restez à l’hôtel ou déplacez vous en taxi/ uber/ saumon. Ce n’est pas safe du tout… mais c’est général au centre de SF pas seulement à ce quartier du Hilton.

Warm, inviting and refreshing
Pros:

Had an amazing stay at this hotel for one night. It all started with check-in. Larysa was incredibly warm and hospitable at check-in and we chatted for quite a while. She made me feel at home. Everything was top-notch.
