Pros:

Room wad comfortable but expensive.During checking a better room was offered like no additional.charge but for sure there was extra charge

Cons:

I would like to add my stay to hilton honors program but it is refused.Reply was likely " you should not.use booking.com for reservations" which is nonsense indeed.I stayed over there i paid on site with my credit card and this happened.

A bit meh
Pros:

The hotel has a fantastic bar on the 46th floor with 360 panorama. My room service person was wonderful, I assume it was Tammy. Always smiling, very polite.

Cons:

The welcome has set the mood for my stay. A hard sale for an upgrade. If your rooms are bad, don't sell them but don't put a customer on spot after 12 hours flight to upgrade for 75 per night extra. Also, when I finally declined all options 3 times, he was really short with me. That kind of spoilt the stay. The hotel is redecorated but the equipment, carpets and furniture are old and tired, usb sockets only in rooms but not anywhere else. I doubt they care, but if you have another option, look further.

Fantastic Service!!
Pros:

I had the most wonderful time at this beautiful hotel. From my check-in with Kaira, to a wonderful concierge person named Javier. I was there to celebrate my birthday. Ms. Kaira made my check-in very pleasant. I was visiting from San Diego, arriving almost at 1 a.m. The people at the Herb Kitchen were simply amazing. Also, my bartender, Mr. Craig or Greg (if not mistaken), was fantastic. He definitely knew how to make my drinks. And last to the man for concierge in the pm shift on Thursday afternoon. Thank you for recommending me to John Grills was a fantastic place to finish celebrating my birthday. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this location. Very close to everything to do, like taking the city tour and the Fisherman's Wharf.

Fantastic Hotel, Great central location in SF
Pros:

I stay here monthly with work. They hotels in a great location very accessible. All staff are so friendly and helpful. They have an amazing roof top bar serving some amazing cocktails and wines. Rooms all spacious and great comfy beds.
