Amelia sets the standard for exemplary service!!
Pros:

The front desk staff was very helpful, but when we got to our room, the bed cover was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky. I called guest services and they immediately sent someone from housekeeping to inspect. After consulting the supervisor, they sent Amelia to resolve the problems. She took care of all of the issues without complaint. She ensured that we were satisfied before she departed the room. She didn't want the top, but we insisted. She earned every dime, especially since she had to go behind another employee to correct their deficiencies. Amelia would make a great trainer/supervisor. She gives the hotel a great reputation!

Adequate for what we needed

Cons:

They encouraged me to park in the garage for the property-I parked across the road parking garage and was so glad after that I didn’t park in the one they recommended. Hotels was 79.00 for 24 hours and the one I parked in was 36.00 for 24 hours. Also they wouldn’t let you go through to the pool after 9 pm but let whoever was out there stay out there till almost 10 pm

Nice hotel, great location
Pros:

The staff are really nice. This hotel is huge! Don't miss the bar in tower one on the 46th floor. Great place to see the city.

Pros:

Definitely worth every penny!! From the lobby to the rooms, to the breathtaking city view of SF from the 46th floor on Tower 1 and finally its proximity to some of the best attractions in the city, I highly recommend Hilton
