Tower 3 view overlooking other hotels

Cons:

Elevator access from parking garage to lobby.
Assistance with getting luggage from parking garage to room.
Room floors were not clean.
Toliet paper holder broken.
Pillows were very flat.
The hotel carpets desperately need cleaning.
The privacy door sign was very torn in several places and hung on by a thread.
The buffet at Poached for two $89.00 seems overpriced.
Disappointed stay at Hilton.

The Frint Desj Manager Mr. Ryan Brown was unfrendly and refused to recognize that the night desk failed to provide the deluxe 2 queend be with swiming pool view and prefered to deny that the reservaron included a view to the swimmingpool.
