Closeness to airport and room was clean.

Cons:

Property is clearly dated, but room was clean and comfortable. I was given a room on the opposite side of the property requiring an extensive walk and turns past 80 or so rooms dragging my bag on a carpet. Also, I walked into the room and found a huge spider on the curtain. In my haste to kill it, I didn’t think to take a photo to show the front desk. So, I just tried to forget about it; keeping an eye out for another. Thankfully, there were no more spiders seen.

Serve my purpose
Pros:

Bed is very comfy. Because I used the parking service during my trip, mine as well stay in the hotel for my early flight the next day. So just convenience.

Cons:

So far everything seems pretty good. Staff help me with everything I need.

Pros:

When I checked in at the front desk Mr. Mir Ahmad helped me. He was really nice, friendly and worked professionally. I never met someone like him. He was the best of best. My room is really comfortable and quiet. And also the Spencer restaurant manager and staffs were perfect. Thank you so much everything I got served.

Sammy to the Rescue!
Pros:

After a long day of traveling we somehow got on the wrong shuttle to the wrong hotel but no worries, Sammy came to the rescue. Not only did he come pick us up, going out of his way, he did it with a smile. He was so professional, courteous, and accommodating. Sammy really put a smile on our faces and was such an unexpected joy! We really enjoyed him and our short time together; he’s a keeper and we will be back because of him! Thank you, Sammy, for the best shuttle experience!
