Very disappointed in this Hilton. Stayed in Hiltons around the world, this was not up to standard.

One restaurant in hotel, service was horrible, food expensive. No typical “store” in hotel to get snacks. No other restaurants near by.

Pros:

Great location for early a.m. flight. Speedy, on-time shuttle to airport. Nice quiet room for sleeping. Luggage carts available when needed -- and I needed to use it. Fun warm outdoor pool! (But get that hot tub working soon!!) Excellent, if pricey, restaurant on-site.

Cons:

Weird lighting in room! Mix of old, out-dated individual lamps with hard-to-find switches. On base, near bulb, on cord, somewhere on wall? Lamp switches, if found at all, all worn and hard to operate. To turn off one floor lamp I ended up just pulling the cord from the wall outlet. So lighting score is ZERO.

Overpriced for what is offered.
Pros:

Restaurant was great food and very good service… nothing else was good!

Where do I start…This place is a joke! No valet parking is available, the staff are absolutely awful (excluding the restaurant workers who were wonderful), no room service available and $37 for Parking a night. We travel a lot and this was absolutely NOT a Hilton experience, I stayed at this location before Covid that’s why I chose to stay when we had a soccer tournament close by.
It was absolutely nothing like I remembered. The concierge not even sure why they are there. They helped once but otherwise zero help was offered. The room was supposed to have a garden view and attached are the pictures of what I was put in. I paid $600 plus $37 a day for parking plus the breakfast in the morning for two days it was $1,150 after taxes. Hilton is supposed to be a more luxuries experience but I’ve had much better luck at Marriott’s.
I am so angry and mad about this experience that’s the only reason I am writing this long review- they had no luggage carts which is crazy to me so I had to move rooms with a baby by myself with the little. caddy they had. No help whatsoever. I was given a new room but even when I checked out the front desk had one person with a full house I actually felt bad for her. I had 3 concierge stand around watching me try to get out the door RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM with 2 pieces of luggage and baby gear struggling to get out the door and not one of single one of them even bothered to help. The garage is under construction so it didn’t work and I had to go back and forth asking for help to access the darn parking area - which also by the way is half a mile walk from my room.
I am so upset about my experience there. An already stressful weekend was so much more stressful because of the lack luster experience at this hotel. I will NEVER stay there again and told all other teams to stay away. I doubt they care but this hotel is severely mismanaged. I’ve stayed at many Hilton’s and this was absolutely NOT a Hilton experience.

-Het ontbijt was ver-schrikkelijk slecht. Karig. Wel 78$ moeten betalen voor 3 personen. Diner was ook matig.
-Enorm gedoe om de wifi te activeren.

My Clothes Were Stolen From the Hotel Laundry Room”
Pros:

I want to share my experience so other guests are careful when using the laundry facilities at this hotel.

While staying here, I used the complimentary guest laundry. After washing my clothes, I stepped away briefly while waiting for a dryer, and my clothes disappeared from the laundry area. I was very disappointed to find my belongings gone.

Our stay was very good. The bed was awesome, and everyone was friendly.

Nice hotel, great maintenance staff!
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton Seattle Airport on a 1-night layover on the way to Alaska. The hotel is clean. The rooms are large. We almost ran into disaster when a wheel broke off my dad's wheelchair, but a maintenance staff member fixed it for us.

The wheelchair survived the airports, cruise, and everything in between! He saved our trip!

Well, it was a warm afternoon and early evening and I sat outside in the garden area. Nobody ever walked through to see if I wanted a drink. It wasn’t a big thing, but if somebody would’ve come out, I probably would’ve bought a drink. Been.
