Это точно не 4 звезды! Точно не рекомендую!!!
1. В душе вода не уходит - вытекает все в основное помещение. Коврик намокает и не просыхает. А его никто не меняет естественно.
2. Полотенца в пятнах крови
3. Простыни в желтых пятнах, которые меняют при уборке.
4. На завтраке посуду убирают с ТАКИМ шумом, будто я в столовке, где фобо стоит 20.000, а не в отеле 4 звезды
5. В ресторане на 1 этаже заказала суп с морским ушком- принесли кастрюлю ОВОЩНОГО супа, когда я спросила о морепродуктах в нем (которых на фото в меню было ОЧЕНЬ много) - НЕСКОЛЬКО человек поварежкой ПЫТАЛИСЬ найти в супе хоть что-то. Нашли 🤭 кусочки, похожие на грибы. 2 маленьких. И сказали «это порезали, чтобы есть удобнее было». Есть отказалась - взяли половину стоимости. И то - после выяснений.

Rất đáng để chọn dừng chân khi đi công tác hay nghỉ dưỡng ở thành phố biển Nha Trang.
Pros:

Bữa sáng vừa miệng, món ăn khá phong phú, tuy nhưng món điểm của khách sạn (xíu mại, bánh piza, ...) thì hơi ít khi xuất hiện.
Vị trí khá tốt gần những khu vực du lịch, mua sắm chính của Nha Trang, tuy chỗ đậu xe hơi còn hơi ít.
Nhân viên phục vụ, lễ tân vui vẻ, nhã nhặn.
Tiện nghi trong phòng đầy đủ cho nhu cầu của khách.
View từ phòng của khách chấp nhận được.

Cons:

Tăng tần suất các món ăn sáng "điểm" của khách sạn.
Bố trí chỗ đậu xe hơi đầy đủ và nhiều hơn.

Dissapointing hôtel but with Nice reception staff

Réception staff helpful. Nothing else

Cons:

First room had been smoked in. We changed rooms. Pool was of poor standard and nothing like the advertised pictures. Location was a long walk from the main tourist areas. Worst was the breakfast - re stocking not done regularly , had to find staff. Staff dropped serving tongues on floor then placed straight back onto serving area. Cannot recommend
