Okay stay

Location. Corner room

Cons:

It’s the little things for me. Our room did not come with a coffee maker. I called three times on hold for 30 rings. No one answered the phone we went down to the desk told them we had no coffee maker. We had everything else but the coffee maker they said they’d bring one right up, never heard from them never got a coffee maker. Not enough towels in the bathroom for the two of us customer service can be improved.

Amazing views and fun.
Pros:

The front desk staff person was amazing and positive. The young women that did our valet both coming and going was so positive and helpful. Coming we had many bags and the cart that we loaded was difficult to get over the step part of the door, not user friendly, but she helped lift it with us. She also gave use easy directions to a light show that was on the Wisconsin ship.

Beauty and location

Cons:

Had to ask for more than one towel 4 times. Kept promising to bring some up. Finally after about 2 hours we received some.

Cons:

The sink won’t drain. There were people talking very loud in the hallway after 12:00 am.

What’s even worse, the waiter who served us during breakfast kept making impatient noise when we had some confusion regarding the addons on the omelette. After an unpleasant ordering process, the waiter took the order wrong and we waited for another 20 minutes for them to remake the omelette before we gave up and just canceled that order.

Gorgeous Norfolk Boutique Experience!
Pros:

Hotel is beautiful, staff is friendly, gallery is gorgeous, rooms are interesting, bar is great, location is awesome. I think this is a really great boutique hotel option for Norfolk! Short walk to my favorite wine shop, some great restaurants and bars.

Cons:

The hotel itself was a little bit noisy? Mostly just building stuff but I remember being woken up a few times throughout the night with the AC/fridge, not entirely sure but it was lovely otherwise!
