This place is an absolute scam!!!!
It’s advertising and charging rates that would be expected at a Ritz Carlton when it’s a Motel 6.
The lobby is the grand scheme to lure and make you justify paying a 4/5 star price for a masked murder mystery hotel space.
When walking into the room we were given, we were met with a moist interior due to the AC being shut off and heat scorching. The rooms are completely outdated with stained walls, rugs, sheets, bathroom appliances… I mean the list is on going!
When first approached with the complaints the best accommodations offered were an upgraded room and kindly declined. The highlight of the whole 2 hour stay was Gregory at the front desk who refunded and accommodated the multiple disappointments we experienced.
Horrible, for a wedding, hotel was in renovation and filthy, they did not tell us, debris everywhere, puke on the walkway outside, AC did not work in the rooms and they sent a dehumidifier instead. Avoid at all costs
The food was delicious. Both breakfast and dinner. The attention to details and the room cleanliness was impressive.

Cogimos este hotel porque queríamos visitar Tarrytown y Sleepy Hollow, está a unos 20 minutos andando de la Main Street de Tarrytown y media hora de Sleepy Hollow, pero se puede hacer andando sin problema, el paseo es muy bonito y si vas callejeando también para disfrutar de los vencindarios de película . Cerca del hotel hay supermercados y una pizzería y varios sitios para comer y desayunar algo. Sin duda volvería a repetir experiencia!!
We went for a family reunion. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple. Limited toiletries. Kosher food was abundant and tasty. Convenient location from NYC, Connecticut and Boston.

Franchement pas ouf la qualité des équipements de la chambre est vraiment vieillot , l'hôtel est vieux , petit déjeuner tout petit et pas grand-chose à proposer la qualité des chambres pas ouf le ménage est bâclé la salle de bain n'en parlons même pas
The beds were very comfortable, good sized rooms and the high quality TV was great to have.
Disappointed that we were not informed prior to our stay that the hotel follows strict religious rituals, meaning on weekends there was not complimentary tea/ coffee available, or breakfast, which is the minimum expected by guests staying in a hotel. There was also issues on check-in when the manager tried to charge me again for a room I had already paid for via Booking. He did not ask if I had paid and when he requested the money again I had to explain it was already paid for, he proceeded to tell me I was lucky he was there as the manager to resolve it because other staff are unable to. I’d consider the hotel knowing the payment was already taken as the minimum a guest can expect. The cleanliness was lacking throughout the hotel, we’d often wake up to mess across the hotel, food and drinks left on the hotel corridors.
When I first pull up in front of the building I was a little disappointed; however, once I got inside it was pretty. The staff was very kind and considerate of our needs.
The only issue we had was the heat in room 327. It didn’t work; however, they provided us with a portable heater.
The room was spacious and clean and the location is good.
The property is primarily used for events and retreats for a specific segment of the population, which is all well and good. But those not part of the group are subjected to loud partying, noisy children, and a general party atmosphere until the wee hours. Given that this group is clearly the target audience and primary guests at this establishment, their disrespectful behavior is not addressed by management, even upon request.
