Great location, confusing hotel layout, helpful and kind staff!
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were nice, comfy and clean.

Cons:

This hotel is super convoluted in its layout. Multiple entrances and inability to use the stairs to go up instead of elevators, even to the lower floors, even during packed conferences.

Great Hotel Experience
Pros:

Jorge from guest services was an incredible help and was very accommodating to my needs. Super professional over the phone and totally made my stay here at the Washington Hilton worth it. I will DEFINITELY be back :)

Nice location
Pros:

The lobby was very nice beautiful the room were very clean. Doorman Bellman was very helpful. The room itself was tidy and clean the view was spectacular. Everyone was very helpful.
