Isabel at the front desk rocks!
Pros:

I was here for several days for a conference and had a lovely stay! My flight arrived much earlier in the day than standard check-in at 4pm, but Isabel found me a room so I could settle in and go explore the city. She gave me some recommendations for maximizing my stay at the hotel and reminded me about perks I was entitled to but that most people forget about. Room was clean, bathroom was small but had everything you’d expect, and I enjoyed the view from the room.

Amazing and thoughtful staff/ management
Pros:

The manager at the guest check in was super helpful and courteous. I had just had a very long travel day and he got me a great room and asked for my preferences. Amazing experience!!!

Pros:

Late, midnight arrival, due to 6 hour flight delay. Easy check in after a long day. A nice surprise to get upgraded to a suite due to my diamond status. Employees very cordial and helpful. A nice hotel, centrally located. Would definitely stay again. Good central location. Walkable to restaurants in DuPont Circle.
