Pros:

The beds were nice, location great , restairant and bar staff was very good, very attentive and friendly

Cons:

My room was very very far down creapy dark and dingy hallways - scary at night , the door handles were gross, fingerprints, very dirty , the doors were even dirty in the bathrooms, the cafe did not have enough prepared foods and the starbucks was not staffed appropriately for large events and there was frequently long lines, staff charged my collegue with parking when he did not ask for or need it,

Another wonderful stay!
Pros:

As always, the Washington Hilton surpassed expectations. The room was clean and they had a fridge waiting for me for my insulin. They are very helpful, friendly, and the best!

Greetings and send offs carry a lot of weight.
Pros:

I attended the NACo conference for a few days and greatly appreciate the hospitality. I’m especially thankful for Mr. Guy Burton’s service and assistance to us all with excellence and dignity. He made an enjoyably informative gathering all the better.

Great experience!
Pros:

Nice, safe location. Great hotel with a lot of history. We were part of a conference, but the front-desk staff was very accommodating and made sure that I received my Hilton Honors benefits since the executive lounge was closed for the conference. Shikeeb was great about getting my final bill corrected and sent out to me. Thanks for your help!

Extra hospitality and care
Pros:

Officer Shaw is so friendly and personable and really loved on our people. Icing on the cake was when we were leaving. He helped us out to the car then helped ensure we got to the airport on time when our Uber driver was refusing to take us. He even loaded our bags and gave me the biggest hug before saying goodbye. You've got a good one there, Hilton! Treat him right! ;)
