Luna Made My Stay Amazing
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, thanks to Luna at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Luna went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference in my stay.

Excellent Service from Luna at the Front Desk
Pros:

Luna at the front desk really stood out. She was professional, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth. She handled everything quickly and made sure I was taken care of without any issues. Overall, a strong first impression, and I’d come back partly because of that experience

Great reception
Pros:

Staying here for 4 nights for a conference. Chris was very welcoming and nice. Opened my car door helped me with my luggage and was just awesome. Gave me a great first impression of this hotel. The front desk guys are also really nice.

Great stay in DC!
Pros:

A very pleasant overall experience. Staff was great with Alicia, the overnight front office manager standing out. We had a moderate issue with housekeeping and she took care of us very well. The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and the gym was very well equipped. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others looking for a great value in the DC area.

Great check in experience
Pros:

Great experience especially at check in with Hashem who greeted me at the front desk and checked me in. He was extremely professional, went way out of his way to accommodate my requests and provided terrific service. What a great welcome to the Hilton.

Pros and Cons
Pros:

The location was phenomenal. It was within walking distance of eateries and attractions. The front desk staff were also very accommodating.

Cons:

For the amount I paid, I was somewhat disappointed with the room. It was really outdated. The drapes had stains and the wallpaper was peeling. I checked in with myself and 3 family members, yet housekeeping never left enough washcloths for everyone. I had to call everyday to request more.

I had a good stay
Pros:

The breakfast was great and there was a variety of food to choose from.

Cons:

The parking was to much $58 a day. The mandatory spending of $25 a day and you charged whether you spend it or not. That is not good business.
