Thank you to Mary H for lost item
Pros:

I stay at this hotel regularly and have consistently had great experiences, but I especially wanted to recognize Mary H, a security guard, for going above and beyond.

On a previous stay, I accidentally left an item behind and contacted the hotel hoping it could be located. Mary personally helped track it down, kept it secure, and made sure I was able to retrieve it when I returned for my next visit. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process.

Capital Hilton Bliss
Pros:

Overall, wonderful experience. The location is tremendous: A bunch of bars/lounges/restaurants close by and right down the street from White House.

The front desk was GREAT. I had a snafu with a second reservation but Frank was incredibly kind and helpful in getting it sorted out.

Excellent Hospitality and Service
Pros:

8We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Theresa at the front desk was exceptional. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, got us checked in early, and even offered us a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.

The quality of the room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance.

A special thank you to Theresa for making our arrival so pleasant. Her hospitality really stood out and set the tone for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful experience, inside and out, with some accessibility issues reducing the full five stars
Pros:

The location, the space, the food, and the service (a special shoutout to the desk team of Clay, Iniaya, and Xaviel for their expert logistical advice and the kindness with which it was articulated) were exceptional. The loss of one star is due to some accessibility issues noticed by my wheelchair-using friend (e.g., she was initially given a less-than-accessible room that needed switching).

Frank is a gem
Pros:

Arrived at front desk and saw Frank help a young boy and his non English speaking patents check into their rooms. Frank was so kind and patient and made sure the information was conveyed in the simplest way. He then greeted me with sparkling friendliness and made me feel safe and taken care of in a big city.

Exceptional Stay!
Pros:

Must stay while in DC! From the initial response to my email sent to the generic hotel email address to our experience on departure day; everyone we experienced was extremely pleasant and genuinely caring. We stayed for 3 nights and were celebrating my husband’s birthday and our family’s 23rd MLB Stadium visit and the team went above and beyond to make it a special experience. At check in, Frank greeted us with so much joy and happiness and was a delight to get to know. He’s such a valuable asset and the real example of what hospitality is. Thank you Frank for making our family trip to D.C. one to remember. Great central location, welcoming staff and very clean property. Looking forward to staying here again!

Excellent service
Pros:

It was a very nice experience from the beginning to the end, the hotel is in excellent condition, it had two rooms and everything was excellent, but I want to make a special mention to Frank at the front desk and Tesfa (sorry if I wrote the name wrong) he works in the lunch area, they gave us a very high quality service.
