I came to DC for a quick business trip, and the staff immediately greeted by smiling faces and hospitality. Inaya in particular was incredible, she helped me orient myself while I was in a rush— she had a keen sense of how to anticipate customer needs before I vocalized them.
Overall, I will definitely be a return customer, and I am greatly enjoying my stay.
No repetiré
Mysiga rum med jättesköna sängar. Centralt. Rent. God frukost.

Theresa Thomas is kind, professional and welcoming. She is an asset to your hotel.
Theresa Thomas, at the Capital Hilton, AND the housekeeping staff over at the Washington Hilton are the best!
In the hotel restaurant we had the absolute best waitress. Her name is Nancy and she was very attentive and super nice. Possibly the best waitress I’ve ever had. Give that lady a raise!!
ESPACIO Y COMODIDAD
I always have the best service at this hotel. Frank is amazing! After a long day of traveling, he made the check-in process so smooth. Frank goes above and beyond to make sure guests have what they need. This is officially my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m in DC.
Frank had great customer service. The room was very clean.
Limpio, céntrico, buen servicio, habitaciones amplias y cómodas
Los horarios de los restaurantes eran algo restrictivos. El buffet de desayuno no era demasiado bueno
Front desk service professional, Ferhat, was amazingly responsive, efficient, and friendly . After a stressful 4 hour drive north to DC at night I was ready to unwind and shut down. She proceeded to check me in, answered questions I had on a conference at another building and politely and explained general information, hotel amenities, and dining options. Although this sounds simple, it was what was needed by me in that moment.
The location was perfect for seeing the monuments and White House. It was also very beautifully decorated in the lobby and common areas.
The hotel was not what I expected. The room was much smaller than what was shown through my booking. It was also an extremely long walk from the front desk to my room with no other ways to get there. Parking was extremely difficult.\n Loading in and out of the hotel was uncomfortable as there were multiple balman and valet Parker's outside and the area was very congested. I was told one price to park my vehicle, and then another was charged.\nEverything was just very difficult. I'm used to a much smoother transition in most of my hotel stays. The room wasn't horrible. However, you couldn't open a window, even a crack. There were no fans. The view was pretty terrible. Beds weren't super comfortable and the next day, a mysterious $318 charge showed app on my checking account. Which I will now have to call and figure out what is that was for as it was a one night stay and we slept there and left. We were also told that there would be a $100 incidental hold, and that we needed to spend $30 of it for a destination fee or we would be charged regardless if we spent it or not as could be used for lift credits or Restaurant credits. all around, just not happy with our stay and probably won't return.
10/10
The location is great and the facilities are ok.
They didn't clean my room for two straight days.
I left the room both days around 10:00 AM and arrived around 5:00 PM to a room that was exactly as I left it.
The guest service agent Theresa Thomas was amazing, from the time she acknowledged me in line and called me over to the desk she smiled. She was amazingly helpful and accommodating. If you are reading this Mrs.Thomas thank you so much. I would also like to thank the guys in valet and also the bar/restaurant staff.
