Location was good n close to local business.
Great location and large room size.
The open times for the indoor and outdoor pool are far too late at 8 am. Some travellers, due to work and travel commitments need access starting at 7 am, or even earliet.
Restaurant in the building, great location.
Room was clean and comfy.
The "continental" breakfast was TRASH!!!!! THERE WAS NO BACON NOR ANY SAUSAGE!...NO MEATS!!!
Paid $13 a person for some eggs and potatoes.
The view from them room
The staff at this property was outstanding. James at the front desk was so accommodating as we had been traveling since 4 a.m. and had our rooms ready early. Brandy in the dining room was a delight, after traveling since 4 a.m., she went over and above to feed us. Both of these employees are outstanding!
Property could use some updates
The staff was Great! The in-house restaurant was Excellent, especially Tad the manager!
At this point and time, nothing that I can think of.
Sauna
Cockroach on bed. Dirty sheets. Can hear though doors into hallway.
The TV did not work at all. My son and I traveled over 8 hours and had no TV to watch or relax. I waited hours for someone to fix the internet and TV and after it was past midnight I gave up!! I could not relax or shower because I was waiting for the repair man. I was told there was no other rooms but when I checked on line there was availability.
Checking in was a complete joke. The woman at the front desk was either high or had some mental issues as she took close to 25 minutes per person to check in. It was so bad there was a line out the door of people, with reservations, waiting to check in.
She didn’t explain where our room was, just handed us a map, and sent us on our way. Since it had been 50 minutes since we got to the hotel we were in no mood to push it.
The room was 80 degrees when we walked in because housekeeping had shut off the room AC. By the time we went to bed the room was down to 76 and the poor AC unit was extremely loud to the point that we turned it off. The room itself was ok, no microwave or mini fridge, and the pillows were hard as a rock.
We will never stay here again, period. Should have driven the additional 5 hours home that night.
