Never again!
Pros:

Florrs were dirty amd sticky. Pillow must have been washed 20 times, very lumpy. Had to go buy pillows. Door had so much gap, the storm came in and water all over the room. I am a Wyndham Gold member. This place should not be on their list. I booked 3 rooms and all were nasty. Also, our room had no hot water!

Cons:

Only good thing was the location.

Rooms are very cozy and clean. Comfy beds and linens. Lobby had sophistication and charm. I would stay again!

Best place in ABQ!!
Pros:

By far- the best place to stay in Albuquerque! Amazing rooms, comfort, amenities (worth arriving a day earlier for Thursday Fajitas), but best of all, the people that work there. Antonia is one of a kind (sweet, accommodating). Thank you Crown Plaza— give Antonia a raise!!

Great staff, clean property- will stay again
Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff. The restaurant staff even stayed open late for my family and I (since we got in late from our drive) to celebrate my son’s 18 birthday!

Cons:

The location is a bit rough.
