Clean, decent customer service, need to clean pool.
Pros:

Our first room smelled of pot, and they changed our room no problem. The room seemed clean and well taken care of.

Cons:

The bed was very firm & the pillows were too squishy making you lay almost completely flat. The pool is not how it is in pictures we were very excited to be able to swim the pool was dirty when we’re there and no one else was swimming because of it.

Cons:

The floor we stayed on was very stuffy. The lights in our room did not work, only the bathroom light and the foyer light by the door. they did not have light bulbs and when I requested assistance no one came.

The Safety Bar Was Not Safe
Pros:

The coffe was good and the fromt desk service was terrific.

Cons:

The facilities was not being well kept. The air condition made noise all night and leaked water.

Location was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a free parking lot. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Front desk was unmanned several times. No towels for guests at the pool (until requested). Parking spaces were VERY tight. The a/c was loud and not cooling to the set temp. The temperature and noise through the night made for an uncomfortable and restless sleep.

Disappointing facilities
