Pros:

I had an amazing experience at the Marriott Hotel in Baton Rouge. The room was elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with an incredible view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and everything came together to make my visit truly memorable. Unstifactory then for 3000 points it’s not recommended to stay no free rooms. That should have been the offer

The grounds keeping were well kept but once entered the Hall way had Musty smell.The pool area wasn’t to Par our room had Dirty bedding didn’t notice till morning..Sticky lamp table…

The Awful smell in the Hall ways then the morning upon check out they were spraying febreze didn’t like the fact that they charged for Wi-Fi if were paying for breakfast at least give free internet

Other than the cleaning crew it was good

Cons:

The cleaning crew was so loud in the hallway the lady’s at the breakfast was very good at there job but the cleaning crew needs to respect the customers early in the mornings

I was sold a room that was not available by Booking. com. Very unhappy regarding this false advertisement, and paying $50 more for a room that did not exist, and not being compensated.
