Other than the cleaning crew it was good

Cons:

The cleaning crew was so loud in the hallway the lady’s at the breakfast was very good at there job but the cleaning crew needs to respect the customers early in the mornings

I was sold a room that was not available by Booking. com. Very unhappy regarding this false advertisement, and paying $50 more for a room that did not exist, and not being compensated.

Thanks to Ronald getting our room cool and water hot we had a great experience
Pros:

Ronald with maintenance was the biggest blessing on getting out air conditioner in hot water working in our room. Ronald definitely needs to be recognized for his kindness and hard work.
