La propreté des lieux, le confort de la literie, la tranquillité du lieu et la gentillesse du personnel

The hotel site is quiet and there is off street secure parking. The rooms have AC and the showers have hot water. The pool is clean and refreshing and there is self-service tea/coffee 24/7.

Instalaciones muy limpias, piscina muy linda buena profundidad, bastante vigilancia, buen desayuno, excelente personal de atención.

la proximité à pied de la plage d'Ocotal avec un super restaurant sur le sable . la chambre et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents , la piscine agréable dans un cadre proche du bruit de la route située en montée.
L'accueil du personnel n'était pas très aimable mais acceptable
parking sécurisé . Entrée pas facile à trouver car située en plein virage sur la droite et donc dangereuse à cause des véhicules qui arrivent vite derrière.
amabilité à améliorer , ce qui n'est pas fréquent au Costa Rica . Petit déjeuner correct mais à ce prix , il pourrait être plus complet. Rapport qualité prix moyen

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet location.
The bed was very comfortable, and there was a fridge in the room. In addition, the facility has a coworking/office space and a few sitting areas to hangout.
I appreciate the fact that they allow well behaved dogs like my puppy.
They could use some luggage stands in the rooms.
La ubicación excelente muy cerca de la playa porque desde hacía 30 años no visitábamos Ocotal y El Coco.
El desayuno excelente.

No avisaron que el check out era a las 11 lo hicieron ya vencido al hacer check out 15 min antes de las 12 nos cobraron 15 USD.

El baño con poca ventilación, piscina Un poco sucia no cuentan con restaurante y la que sirve los desayunos en el area del comedor poco amable el café frío y el desayuno también.
Great location - six minute walk to the beach and near a little shop. Property is sometimes rented out with all rooms for one booking so has a small boutique feel. Great little pool and central Lounge / breakfast area.
Very small rooms for four (even with two small kids). More than a day would have resulted in strife!

El lugar es muy acogedor. Sencillo, tranquilo y agradable. Apartado del ruido del centro y demasiado cerca de la hermosa playa Ocotal. Definitivamente volvería y con más amigos.
Podrían considerar dejar los utensilios de cocina a disposición de los huéspedes, ya que en ocasiones pedimos cena para llevar más no contábamos con cubiertos y demás para comerlos en el hotel. Un pequeño detalle
