Will never stay there again
Pros:

Heat didn’t work, coffee maker didn’t work attempted to change room types, willing to pay up charge, to no avail, must pay total price for a larger room Without any refunds, unprofessional and poor management style. Breakfast was a C at best!

Looking forward to my departure!

The location was convenient and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

It smelled like old smoke in our room and Fabreez or some type of air freshener was sprayed in the lobby presumably to cover up other odors. There was a women sitting by the front door who appeared to be homeless(but living at the hotel).
She was disheveled and dirty, wearing filthy hospital type socks. She entered the hotel and went upstairs into a room. Breakfast was less than desirable with no healthy options.

It was OK basic accommodations.
Pros:

The breakfast was very limited offerings. The room is OK for one night I don’t think that I would wanna vacation there.

Good location, relatively inexpensive stay
Pros:

Very convenient location in International Falls, close access to Voyageurs National Park. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

Cons:

Overall the place feels older and more rundown than other places. Our AC unit was taped together. There wasn't anything in particular that was an issue, just an overall feeling.

Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The light over the sink did not work. Since there was no light in the entrance, it was very dark to use the sink and mirror. I asked that a bulb be replaced as soon as I got to the room, but by the time I checked out at 10 am, it still wasn't fixed. Do I have to pay extra to have a working light?

Bed was terrific.
Nice pillows
Ac was not loud.
Smelled clean
Good pressure in shower
Easy check in

Cons:

Beakfast was so so.
Signs for truck/boat trailer were not very clear.
There were trucks with boats parked where cars were supposed to park.
