Having booked an expensive 2x queen bed room (mother, father and daughter) the hotel believed one of these beds should be a sofa-bed, because that was “standard”. We had to trail back down to reception to discuss after which we were put onto a 2x queen room, which the hotel staff were certainly classifying as doing us a favour! Breakfast was about the worst we have ever experienced. No real choice, nothing safely gluten free other than fruit; paper/plastic plates and plastic cutlery. It was the worst hotel stay of our 10 day family trip.
One night getaway. The front desk staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. The room, pool, fitness room, hallways, and breakfast area were clean and inviting. My bill was accurate, even after I indecisively booked, cancelled, and rebooked LOL. Out of the three hotels in a row here, I'm glad I picked this one. Thank you for a smooth stay with the family.

The hotel room was clean and well kept. No complaints about the room.
The parking lot was never plowed during a snowstorm so every vehicle ended up getting trapped. Plus rooms ended up getting booked full with new hotel guests with no way for them to arrive in the parking lot. Let alone guess trying to leave being able to get out. Neighboring hotels next door managed to get their parking lots plowed to some extent. Fairfield Inn appeared to make no effort and the front desk staff was useless. If it wasn’t for the parking lot situation I would’ve given a much better review. It must be noted that as I write this review I’m still trapped in the parking lot a day later.
Extremely disappointed in Marriott. Not only did we return to an unserviced room after a long day at the soccer fields, but management lied, claiming we turned housekeeping away. We were out all day. A $50 credit is an insult when your staff lacks basic integrity. Moving our loyalty to brands that don't fabricate stories to cover for poor service.
Renovations happening directly next to my room the entire week I was there at all hours day and night it was pretty insane to he honest

The noise from air exchangers
Amazing ! James at the front desk was so kind and accommodating , called the hotel , (as I came off a dark rainy highway) . Called three others ones who could care less if I booked or not James cared. Represents the hotel as an owner would. A real “ Innkeeoer”. Reserved for one night. Due to hospitality. And found out that this Fairfield has a small friendly bar, with food, and so close to shops and sites.
I cancelled reservations further away and instead extended for four nights.
Book direct always for the very best rates. Thankyou Hanes and hotel staff.
Clean clean.
We arrived late and we still had an easy smooth check in and was greeted with a smile and very friendly helpful staff member. He was even assisting someone before us and he still managed to greet us. The bar is open until 11pm and their is also a little convenience shop at the entrance for your late night snack run or early morning need for water. They also offer the continental breakfast in morning. We got in our room it was very clean, I am a bit of a clean freak and this space made me feel relaxed with the level of cleanliness. The room has a small mini fridge and microwave, which was nice.
