Great value for your money -- perfectly located and very comfortable with good facilities.
Pros:

Perfectly located -- walking try out Ellen & Michael's stance from the Corning Museum of Glass and downtown Corning. Lovely stay in a spacious room and a nice indoor pool. Try out Ellen & Michael's Tratorria for an absolutely outstanding Italian meal.

Pros:

Large hotle with lots of facilities. Comfortable bed and good shower.

Cons:

Room was really dirty. We asked for a quiet room and received a room next to the ice machine and 5:30am people were filling up their ice chests. No hot water, no hot cup for coffee machine.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. Professional and accomodating to guests. Hotel had two wedding blocks plus a sports tournament the weekend we stayed and everyone did great, given the level of demands.

Cons:

I didn't like how the North building isn't connected to the main lobby. It loses the appeal of staying there. The first room we checked into (North Building) had a smokey smell, and the staff quickly tranferred me to another room and the smell was great. Low supply of bath and pool towels. Had to make three requests for more room towels in the course of 24 hours and pool towels were always needed restocked.

Enjoyed our stay at the Radisson
Pros:

Was in room 349 .King size bed.The staff was friendly and helpful. And very polite. Ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The staff was excellent, and the food was excellent. Enjoyed our stay very much. It never stated a Radisson before, but will in the future.

Can’t think of one thing that we did not like

If you don’t need service and are OK with a slightly rundown hotel, this is the place.
Pros:

Location is perfect

Cons:

Lacked bikes, which would’ve been nice to rent and see the city on. Front staff were asked for towels (none in the pool)… and after 15 minutes of waiting, never provided so my family came dripping back to the hotel room. They never delivered extra towels to our room either.

Great location. Older building, that’s really in need of a full renovation and facilities upgrades, like EV charging and rental bikes.

Staff seemed lacking. Simple request for towels after coming out of the pool, were basically ignored.

Hotel was close to Glass Museum

Cons:

We booked thru Booking.com, but the hotel did not have our reservation. We requested 2 queen beds.but the hotel could not accommodate us.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant but the live music was so loud we couldn't hear each other much less talk. The drinking glasses were water stained to where they looked dirty, and the table was bare - not even salt & pepper. The food was good but overpriced.

OK , but could be better. Location is great though!

Location to shops and museums is great.

Cons:

Pool smelled of urine.Our key pad for the door locks quit working twice, we even had to switch rooms. Construction was also taking place during our stay and we weren't informed of that. Several times it was loud enough to heard into our room. The TV signal kept going in and out and half the channels didnt work. The air conditioner also rattled the entire time it was on.

Dilapidated and old. Unprofessionally managed.

Nothing much, it was an okay stay for a lot of money.

Cons:

Rooms not available. No compensation except for a free breakfast. Did not get the rooms we booked.

The hotel is dilapidated and old. It is dirty. The staff told us the rooms not being available is because we booked through booking rather than through their own. It is better to call them for a reservation. We booked a suite which wasn't available. We did not get any money back.
