The hot tub needed updating.
The staff was super friendly, helpful and accomodating. One standout was Phillipe, who was the sweetest and most eager to make sure we were happy. Herman the concierge was also wonderful!!
I have no issues - except for the lack of shower privacy, but other then that, I loved my room.

No me gustó que hice dos preguntas sencillas que no supieron responder y pienso que un Hotel tipo Park Hyatt debería resolver dudas sencillas de sus huéspedes. Pedí recomendación de un lugar para comprar unas flores que pudiera enviar de agradecimiento a unos amigos, me dijeron que “buscara enviar Internet”. Claro que eso lo puede hacer, hubiera esperado del Concierge 2 opciones al menos incluso con recomendaciones de cuál sería el mejor. Pedí si me podían ayudar con el envío de unas postales y me dijeron… “vaya al post-office”. En todos los hoteles de similar categoría a los que voy, siempre me ayudan con esto… y lo hacen porque siempre llegan mis postales !
Staff at the front desk greeted me warmly. When I shared that it was my first time staying at the hotel (and I visit Washington DC about 12 times a year), I received an automatic upgrade! Free Peleton in the room allowed me to workout in the morning before a full day of meeting. the coffee in the room was SUPERB! Can't tell you how relaxing it is to have a cup of fresh brewed decaf - so delicious - before rest! I can't wait to bring my husband!
It was good. Better than after covid when the rooms weren't too clean. I still think the shower area hasn't aged well and looks dirty. There should be a bit more recognition of the guests staying there. I was a bit insulted when my server was pressing me for my room number when my son said I was staying there. Said people often leave without paying? Very strange and uncomfortable.

Excellent hotel with great customer service
Really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was very friendly and made me feel like at home. Amazing huge bathroom with walk in shower, very comfortable bed, had big table that was quite useful for room service. Food from room service was delicious as well. The only drawback is that you can hear ppl slamming doors in the hallway starting from like 5am, that was quite annoying, but other than that i can't complain.

Horrible experience. The room was filthy. There were curtains on part of the windows and not the rest and the toilet was in the closet, literally. I asked management to contact me and they didn’t . Do not stay in room 831.
