I walked into the room and the window was open, and the room smelled horrible like a barn stall and it looks dirty and unfinished. The staff did not care about my concerns when I address the issues they said OK so what's the problem? There's no reason to discuss it with them. I could tell it was not gonna be worth it and I need my sleep.

Previous stays had been a much better experience
Pros:

It was a good location to the event that we attened

Cons:

Our room had empty water bottles that didnt get cleaned from house keeping. Our carpet had a wrinkle in it and it was a tripping hazard for me as an amputee. Our door lock would click ever few hours and kept us awake thinking someone was trying to come into our room. We had previously stayed here and had a much better experience.

The location is convenient. For the price, I would expect it to be a little better.
Pros:

Love the location. Right by the airport is a win. Beds are comfortable & like the courtyard in the middle.

Cons:

People around us were loud. Also the rooms need some updating. Wish the lighting was a little different in the courtyard. It’s dark and blueish.

They didnt clean my sheets. I the middle of the night I was reaching for my water on the ground. And found something nasty hanging from the sheets onto the floor. Picture added.
