Great location and great value
Pros:

This hotel was lovely for my first visit to Victoria. The staff was very helpful and there is a wonderful restaurant onsite. Downtown is a few short minutes away, and the airport is about a half hour away. I hope to stay here again sometime.

Cons:

The parking lot gets very busy due to a nearby bar. I believe construction at a neighboring property impacted the available parking.

Pros:

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly they had plenty of amenities and stuff to keep you occupied

First Impressions weren't that great the parking lot had a bunch of people hanging around probably because of the bar in the front of the building there were people using drugs in the parking lot I've didn't fill my car was safeand had to relocate it the first night we stayed there was okay not too bad the second night there was a party going on on the 3rd floor did not stop till 7:30 in the morning with loud music and yelling and kids running through the floors Needless to say it was pretty intense The other thing I didn't care for was They give us a room On the second floor in front of the pool Where everybody and their brother Could look into your room There was no privacy if you wanted it you had to close your shades.the tv didn't work well no local channels the a/c was at the head of the bed you couldn't realy enjoy it unless you don't mind it blowing in your face well trying to rest. upon checkout I voiced my concerns because the price was extremely expensive for what you get in my opinion an overpriced room for two star hotel but was only told there's nothing that could be done even though the concierge was nice and apologetic I really felt that more could have been done. needless to say we will not be back to this place.

Mostly recommended
Pros:

Comfy and spacious room. The kitchen had all we needed. The staff was mostly helpful and always friendly. Good location and housekeeping was doing a good job.

Cons:

There was a building site outside and the noise was bothering us a lot. We requested a room change and for almost a week they promised us it would happen. Every day I checked again and again and we kept hearing stuff like that one room is ready for us by the end of the day. At the end, we gave up on their empty promises. Shame, as they really gave us the feeling they tried but nothing came of it. We don't need to hear what we want to hear. We need honesty.
