Very shady people hanging around staircase and eyeing our vehicle.😬
The staff was friendly
roaches in the room, no wifi, no microwave or fridge in room, beds were not very comfortable. I wouldn't have minded paying like $75 - 90 for this room but it was not worth the $120 I paid.
Would not recommend no one staying here. Left after 5 mins when opened doirvto my room. Drug deals going on property. Room was super dirty and fear of catching something from bedding. The place super not recommend for family. Dangerous location and worse hotel i ever stayed in. Super disappointed that this site recommends this hotel.
Was very dissatisfied not safe, kept calling and calling and the front desk wasn’t even at the front she was away
Some of the hotel rooms had padlocks and there was a cop investigating a crime on the property. This place should not even be on the list, Expedia do better.
Staff was great but the roach problem was horrible.
Worst place ever, Aa didn’t work etc
Pictures need to be updated. Door to the room looked like it was bashed in. Deadbolt didnt line up to lock properly. Didn't feel safe.
People dwon crazy in the property
The lady and I had a rough stay at the Inn. I was told initially that they were in the middle of renovations/ upgrades, so some amenities might be lacking. Looking back, I think that was just a bad joke, because it turns out that he was referring to the fact that he'd be lucky to find us clean towels, my front door might not stay closed and the pool was green. There was also a hole in the curtain that had been plugged with toilet paper, no trashcan to be seen, blood stains on the pillow, cigarette burns in the blanket and some miserable poltergeist inhabiting the A/C. At least the roaches in the bathroom were very small. We wanted to save a few bucks by staying outside of downtown, but I can't believe how little we got for $115/ night. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well, and don't plan on returning.
Unacceptable condition. This is the first Expedia hotel booking that I was concerned about safety and health.
We stayed at that hotel to be close to downtown and also to the Alamodome, where we were going to attend a concert, so I wanted something close, but it was a bad idea. The hotel is crowded, run down, and has lots of little cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. Outside the room in the early morning, you could hear people partying. When you went to the office, there wasn't always someone answering the phone; they posted a "Back Soon" sign with a phone number in case of an emergency.
Door always stuck.
It was worth the price
