Would not recommend no one staying here. Left after 5 mins when opened doirvto my room. Drug deals going on property. Room was super dirty and fear of catching something from bedding. The place super not recommend for family. Dangerous location and worse hotel i ever stayed in. Super disappointed that this site recommends this hotel.
Was very dissatisfied not safe, kept calling and calling and the front desk wasn’t even at the front she was away
Some of the hotel rooms had padlocks and there was a cop investigating a crime on the property. This place should not even be on the list, Expedia do better.
Staff was great but the roach problem was horrible.
Worst place ever, Aa didn’t work etc
Pictures need to be updated. Door to the room looked like it was bashed in. Deadbolt didnt line up to lock properly. Didn't feel safe.
People dwon crazy in the property
The lady and I had a rough stay at the Inn. I was told initially that they were in the middle of renovations/ upgrades, so some amenities might be lacking. Looking back, I think that was just a bad joke, because it turns out that he was referring to the fact that he'd be lucky to find us clean towels, my front door might not stay closed and the pool was green. There was also a hole in the curtain that had been plugged with toilet paper, no trashcan to be seen, blood stains on the pillow, cigarette burns in the blanket and some miserable poltergeist inhabiting the A/C. At least the roaches in the bathroom were very small. We wanted to save a few bucks by staying outside of downtown, but I can't believe how little we got for $115/ night. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well, and don't plan on returning.
Unacceptable condition. This is the first Expedia hotel booking that I was concerned about safety and health.
We stayed at that hotel to be close to downtown and also to the Alamodome, where we were going to attend a concert, so I wanted something close, but it was a bad idea. The hotel is crowded, run down, and has lots of little cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. Outside the room in the early morning, you could hear people partying. When you went to the office, there wasn't always someone answering the phone; they posted a "Back Soon" sign with a phone number in case of an emergency.
Door always stuck.
It was worth the price
No me gusto nada, tuve que irme del hotel.
It was like a scene in a horror movie. It was dirty unkept and it smelled. The sheet were soiled. There was no hot water. I am demanding a full refund. I have submitted pictures. Blood on the bed covers and bathroom door. I demand a full refund. Please contact me.
Very old and dirty! No toilet paper in the rest nor we can a trash can in the RR or our room! The nightstand was falling apart the main door didn’t wanted to close. We requested a different room and they were looking into it but never got a called back
Tiny roaches but a place close to town and food and has a bed and shower , so if you are not picky it’s a good spot to stay.
The Inn needs to be rebuilt and cleaner
Pas dormi, hommes se disputer très fort dans la nuit , pas propre et très vieux et pas entretenu , ne pas arrêter la
Thanks it was good
The place was barely a one star and that’s only because people make up the star system. The pictures are deceptively advertised. I was compelled to choose the place since I was at the Final Four and could not get a room at a competitive price, but when I showed up, I said, this isn’t the place. It’s called, The Inn at Market Square on the advertisement. When you show up it has a broken sign that reads the inn and stay. The area the facility looked seedy. I ended up, driving around downtown San Antonio and then going to the locations web site and booking a room which was very expensive, but after that experience. It was worth it. They should be fined for deceptive practices, why is this place even listed on a national site for lounging and tourism.
