Would not stay again unless there would be no other options.
Pros:

Location. Laundry offered at arrival for a good price.

Cons:

Non adjustable air con. It was either just fan setting or 18 degrees setting. You choose. Staff was unable to sort it out.
Housekeeping does not happen every day and if it does its only until 12.
None of the rooms have real windows where you can open the blinds and look outside.windows are facing another building ( and its balconies) or a wall with 2-3 meters gap only. So the only wat to have any privacy is to always keep the blinds shut.

Прекрасный отель за свою цену, дружелюбный персонал. Тихая и удобная локация, никакой музыки с улицы. Wifi работает отлично и позволяет проводить видео-конференции. Возвращаюсь сюда как к себе домой :-) Спасибо!

All in all , good location and fair price
Pros:

Good location , clean room( with some mosquitos unfortunately)

Cons:

No own balcony - you share it with other rooms and not really daylight so it’s always dark unless light is on

Nice to stay
Pros:

We liked that the room was clean and same the bathroom.

Cons:

The bed mattress was kind of hard for my spine. At the reception you cannot find somebody all the time and you have to call a number, because on WhatsApp you will get a reply in hours.

Great budget option close to everything.
Pros:

For this price, this is a solid choice in Patong. The location is perfect and close to the action but on a quiet street so I slept well. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels and water provided. The bathroom is spacious, clean and working well too. The air conditioning worked well, which was a lifesaver. If you're looking for a no-frills place to stay after a day at the beach, this works perfectly.

This hotel provided all that I need, it's
good and definitely will come back again.

Great stay in patong
Pros:

The property was in a perfect location and walking distance from the main tourist part of patong. The staff here were so friendly and takes pride in their accommodation, which they should. Had everything we needed and super clean - great stay!

Pros:

Hotel má velmi výhodnou lokalitu, nachází se v klidnější ulici, ale zároveň pár minut chůze od hlavní “bangla road”. Ubytování bylo čisté a personál hotelu velmi přátelský. Určitě se moc rádi vrátíme!♥️
