ห้องกว้างขวาง ไม่มีกลิ่นอับ ของส่วนมากเป็นของใหม่

Cons:

ค่อนข้างไกลจากแหล่งชอปปิ้งและรถสาธารณะ ยิ่งช่วงหิมะตกยิ่งเดินทางลำบาก

櫃台很親切，樂意解答各種問題，可以用英文溝通！
Pros:

連續入住多日，可選擇不清潔的牌子，旅館仍會將新的浴巾及備品掛在門外交換，非常方便！附近有許多驚喜的餐廳。迎賓咖啡與果汁都很棒！離囂不離塵，是個不錯的地點 (不過在雪地裡拖行李過來的時候，還是比較辛苦一點啦～) 房內的空間跟床鋪都很大很舒適～浴室的熱水也來得很快！

Cons:

微波爐跟淨水器只有 5F 有，洗烘衣機只有 3 台不太夠用。空調預設是關閉的，研究了半天才確認亮綠燈代表開啟運轉，有感受到一下北海道的天然室內冷度！

Good location but room needed a seriou clean.
Pros:

The location was nice. I was in two rooms- the first for 2 nights and the second for one. The first was a twin and it was fine. But the second room with just one bed needed a good clean.

Cons:

The carpet was dirty, clomps of dirt under the bed, dust on the base of the chair, door knob sticky, air smelled bad even with air purifier and spray. It needed a really good clean

Pros:

平均よりはうわ回っているけれども、特に良いところはなし。

Pros:

Room size is okay and beds are clean.

Cons:

Front desk staff has terrible attitude !! U do hospitality with that attitude? Good luck.

遠方なので、冬は行くもんでない。
Pros:

ドアに鏡が付いていたので自分の使いたい位置で使用出来たのが良かったです。
廊下も部屋の内装もおしゃれで清潔感があって良かったです。

Cons:

ホテルの立体駐車場で車の高さが見合わない為、使用出来なかったので斜め向かいの有料駐車場を使用したが全く除雪がされていなくやっとの思いで車を停めて
て一苦労でした。

すすきのの外れにあるとてもいいホテル
Pros:

出張で利用しました。
すすきのの繁華街のはずれに位置していますが、新しいなのか設備は全てきれいでちゃんとメンテナンスもされているようで気持ちがいいくらいてした。
たまたま泊まった部屋のタイプなのかトイレとバスルームが独立していたのは冬の寒い時期にとってはありがたい設備だと痛感しました。
部屋も広く1泊ではもったいなかったなと後悔してます。
エアコンも各部屋個別ではなく集中制御のようで暖房の暖まり方に違いを感じると思います。
道路を隔ててセイコーマートがあります。広めの店舗なので品揃えも豊富で困りません。

Cons:

自動チェックインシステムを導入していますので、前日までにQRコード付きの事前案内メールが届きます。
ただたまたまなのか受信メールからQRコードを表示出来ず、結局その場でタッチペンを使って入力をしました。
