Un posto davvero bello, peccato per il letto
Pros:

L’albergo di per sé è molto carino, sia esternamente che negli spazi interni. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l’area comune vicino alla reception, molto accogliente e curata, dove si trovano una console, un pianoforte e diversi giochi a disposizione degli ospiti.
Un’altra piacevole sorpresa è stata la presenza di bevande gratuite, tra cui succhi, caffè e acqua, oltre addirittura a whisky e soda per potersi preparare un highball.
Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Anche la camera, pur non essendo particolarmente grande, era decisamente più spaziosa rispetto agli standard giapponesi e nel complesso confortevole.
Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, quindi non saprei darne un giudizio.

Cons:

Il letto è stato un grosso punto negativo. Il materasso a molle era davvero molto scomodo: si sentivano chiaramente tutte le molle e, in alcuni momenti, dormirci risultava addirittura doloroso. A mio parere i materassi avrebbero decisamente bisogno di essere sostituiti.
Ho anche chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare camera proprio per questo motivo, ma mi è stato detto che i materassi erano tutti dello stesso tipo (anche se non escludo che possa esserci stata qualche incomprensione nella comunicazione).
È davvero un peccato, perché senza il problema del letto sarebbe un posto fantastico, che consiglierei senza esitazioni.

楽しく過ごせて来年も利用したいです。
Pros:

ブッキングコムからのメールが仕事で見ることが出来ず、キャンセルになっていたけど丁寧な対応で急遽、１部屋を準備してもらえた。キャンセル経緯も調べて丁寧に教えてくれました。
帰り際も笑顔で見送っていただけた。
