Location is very good

Cons:

Shabby interior, old linnen, moldy. Apart from that the battery of the lock had to be replaced and took 24hs

Excelente localização e anfitrião atencioso.

Cons:

Quando chegamos a internet e o chuveiro quente não estavam funcionando, deixaram desligados, e o ar condicionado da suíte começou a pingar um tempo após ligado, entrei em contato com o anfitrião que mandou no dia seguinte uma equipe técnica para resolver as questões.
Sugiro que quando for receber os hospedes já deixem a internet e chuveiro quente em pleno funcionamento, pois nem todo mundo sabe mexer.

Luxe appartement met sea view. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, host was super vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar. Het gebouw is goed beveiligd en ligt op loopafstand van supermarkten, cambio’s, restaurant en het strand. Zeker een aanrader!

We couldn't stay one night. We walked in and saw mold on the ceiling and in the bathrooms. The owner sent me an email “ I apologize for what happened, the problem was that there was a leak in the upstairs apartment a few days ago and the ceiling was stained and the administration had to solve it and still hasn't done it, but we didn't detect the presence of mold during cleaning, tomorrow I can put you in a new apartment if you prefer”

Why would I take another room from this owner when, according to his own statement, he was already aware of the issue? I had to find another place for my wife and me to stay. Terrible service. Also, there was no mention of any kind of refund. Again, terrible service.

Pros:

Excelente espaço! Suíte, mais um quarto e banheiro, cozinha americana. Varanda com vista de frente pro mar e calçadão da praia. Condomínio com ótimos serviços de academia, piscina, mini mercado. Bem localizado para passeios a pé e prático acesso a táxi e Uber. Ótima oferta de restaurantes e comércio de supermercado e drogaria ao redor.

Pros:

The apartment is in a very well located area (near the beach, super market, many restaurants, easy access to taxi and public transportation). The building is very well secured (biometric access) and has very good and well maintained amenities (two elevators, swimming pools, game room, gym, restaurant). Check-in and checkout process were very simple. The apartment is well equipped, with air conditioner in all rooms, wi-fi, smart tv, cooking utensils, hair dryer, coffee maker, extra mattresses and air mattress, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Raphael, the host, was very helpful and reactive to our messages. The terrasse and the view were very pleasant, especially in the morning (before the weather gets too hot) to watch the sunrise and have our breakfast. I would definitely come back to stay in this apartment.

Cons:

No complaints, it is a great apartment.
