The hotel is great and only a short ride away from any attractions. The area is great and I felt safe. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again if I came back. The breakfast is a bit basic but it’s cheap so that makes up for it!

Enormous bed. Luxury room. Pool is much smaller than pictures but you can have a decent swim.

Nice place to stay. But there is a high front stair to go to reception.

Great hotel at a good price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location close to the main attractions but in a quiet street. Nice leisure facilities on the roof, although not the highest pool there is still a great panoramic view. 6th hotel on our travels and best breakfast and bathroom 😄

Overall, a great lil hotel nestled in the inner suburbs of the city - close to many tourist attractions by taxi.
A shame the rooftop bar wasn’t pumping - the nights we were there there seemed nobody came through. Nice small pool area - smaller than in the pictures, but still very good. Most staff were able to communicate in English which helped greatly. Breakfast was nice = some good options, enough to get you going for the day. A cute lil hotel worth its weight in gold.
Be ready to exercise upon arrival - a stairway to heaven awaits from the road to the reception area of the hotel - luggage can be taken up via ground floor elevator in the carpark area.

I did message hotel about arranging a pick up , no one got back to me.

The sky bar is beautiful and offers good value on food/drinks. It’s a good place to work and is open until 11pm. It is the same atmosphere you would expect at a high end restaurant.

The laundry service offered is very convenient.

The room is very nice with a very good air conditioning system.

The gym offers dumbbells up to 10kg which are quite light, but there are cable machines which still allow you to get in a good workout.

It is also very well connected to the city with tuk tuks available to get you to the key tourist attractions quickly.

Hotel is in quite a central location. Restaurants and cafes nearby. There are also several halal restaurants within the area. Tuk tuks easily available. Check in was fast and we had welcome drinks which you can choose from several options on the menu.
Room was spacious and clean. Wifi was strong. We didn't experience any noise from outside and had good night sleep. Breakfast has nice variety with a coffee machine.
We enjoyed the pool, gym and jacuzzi. Staffs were all friendly.
Do note that there is a 50 dollars deposit required during check in.

The room was spacious and clean, and felt surprisingly luxe. The beds were comfy and the heavy duty curtains allowed for a good nights sleep.

Breakfast was varied, with both western and Asian dishes available. We made good use of the swimming pool, and found it a perfect place to cool off in the scorching Cambodian heat.

The in-house restaurant was really nice, and we enjoyed lunch by the pool and dinner on the rooftop bar. Happy Hour was great value and our cocktails were delicious.

Location wqs fair, with a really nice supermarket (called Super Duper) less than 5 minutes away.

The hotel messaged on the platform used to reserve (not TA) to request confirmation of attendance, and threatened to cancel the booking if no reply was received within 24H. Even after I sent confirmation I was shocked to receive the same message the following day threatening cancellation if no response was received. This one I ignored and thankfully the booking was intact. Nonetheless this is a very poor system, as it should be assumed all bookings are confirmed and secured once made! I’ve never had this from any other hotel before.

Our bathroom drain must have been blocked as the shower flooded the whole bathroom, no matter how short the shower was on for.

Our stay included a free massage. It was disappointing that this was only available to one person (of the two travelling).

$50 deposit upon arrival also seems quite steep.

We have been enjoying our stay; however, when we passed by the reception, we happened to hear the staff complaining about our reservations that we keep extending the room day by day. What is the problem with that? It is just a shame that the hotel has staff that is annoyed and badmouthing the guest for extending their stay. Is this how you work in hospitality? We are so disappointed that our stay was ruined by her rude attitudes and comments. If you are planning to stay there, be sure of your stay date; do not extend your stay; otherwise, you are not welcome.

Lovely staff who were welcoming and pleasant. The location was good and we did walk to the royal palace and also the night markets. Our room was clean and tidy with good air they conditioning and a nice bathroom. For whatever reason our room didn't get serviced each day, however when we did contact reception they sent up the supplies we needed and we were only staying two nights so didn't really require the cleaning. The price we paid was really reasonable (~$40 USD per night) and we really enjoyed the pool area and the welcome drinks. Would definitely stay here again
