Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and it was amazing, staff were really kind, friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, cute Halloween decor, room was very spacious and clean and comfortable, good location and price. Thank you!!!

Cons:

The only thing I'd mention is I'd appreciate at least one change of towels and thrash disposal, but otherwise everything was great!

It didn’t not live up to expectations portrayed by booking
Pros:

Great location with relation to what we were doing in Houston. Didn’t feel like a bad part of town either, even if it also didn’t feel like a great part of town.

Cons:

It was very dirty, from the hallways to the room. Carpets were stained, tub was stained, walls were dirty and very thin. I didn’t want to take my shoes off and when I did I kept my socks on. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and you could hear every flush from the room next door. Ultimately though it was the smell of the room that gave us all a headache and forced us to checkout early. Thankfully the hotel and booking.com didn’t charge us for the two nights we didn’t stay there.
