I was lucky to get the price I got through booking.com, otherwise I’d say overpriced.
Pros:

Very quiet. Kind staff. Large room with very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Mini fridge but no microwave in room. Thankfully I could use the coffee maker to make my hot water for tea.
No fan in bathroom.
Very minor issues.
