I like the bed!
I’m very allergic to the smell of the hotel when you walk in. Very strong cleaning or room deodorizer . Room smelt fine. Would not stay there again because of the smell when you walk in and it in the hall ways too!

La habitación, amplia y cómoda, pero el sofá cama tenía el colchón un poco sucio y las sábanas desgastadas. Nos quejamos y al día siguiente, limpiaron el colchón y cambiaron sábanas.
La piscina no estaba muy limpia y en el jardín había algunas cucarachas. Nos entró una en la habitación

1. The sink was clogged, and black, dirty particles kept coming out during our stay (two days). 2. The shower had a leak, and the floor was wet and remained wet for two days. 3. The fridge stopped working after one day, and we lost my daughter's milk. 4. The pool was closed. 5. When we talked to the personnel, they offered me a different room; however, I told them that I could not move immediately because it was midnight and my daughter required some logistics, so they canceled the new room and told me to go back the next morning. The next day, I talked to a front desk person who was more focused on telling me that everything was my fault because I didn't move immediately when they offered me the new room. Since I had a tight schedule, I didn't follow her argument and just left. A couple of hours later, they called me to offer me a different room, but it was too late. I was returning to the hotel very late, and my check-out was scheduled for the next morning, so it wasn't worth the effort to move everything for just a couple of hours. For all of the above, I want to request a refund.
Clean staff were very nice and helpful and loved the check out time, didn’t feel rushed.
