Formal Complaint: Disappointing Stay at Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel
Pros:

I am a high-level elite member, but I was treated with total indifference at this property. Not only did they refuse an upgrade claiming they were "full," but they put me in a room with a broken heater. I spent a freezing night with no improvement in temperature. When I called the manager on duty, she was condescending and dismissive, offering an "engineer visit" even after I told her one had already failed to fix the issue earlier that morning. Avoid this hotel if you value service or basic comfort.

Great service at downtown location
Pros:

Construction in the parking garage made it a little loud during the day, but the room was super nice. Westley in the concierge lounge was super attentive and had a well stocked offering for breakfast. Location downtown was super convenient. Would stay here again.

I was not happy first time there and a bad experience for my daughter and I.
Pros:

With in walking distance to the Convention Center for the ffa nationals. Workout room. Very friendly and very helpful house keeping.

Cons:

I paid for a two bed one room but I got one bed and a rollaway. Breakfast buffet was advertised included, but had to pay for it. I was charged an extra 600.00 dollars which I had budgeted for food and 1 or 2 places to sight see. My daughter and I had to share 1 meal a day for 3 days, till I could get some money. And we didn’t get to see anything. I plan on coming to Indianapolis next year but will never stay in that hotel and or recommend that hotel to anyone. 4 days it was my daughter and I and two days my daughter, her friend and myself stayed in the room but everyday was a different price for the room. And I had to pay the taxes through Booking.com then at the hotel again. Booking charged me 2122.00 and the hotel charged me 2760.00. Then I get printed out receipt and it says 2229.00. For the room we got and the length of time I reserved in advanced it was too expensive. I was in room 1902 for 6 days and wished I could have gone else were.

هذا الفندق مع الاسف يعكس صورة بمنتهى السلبية للسياحة الواعدة في جدة .
نحن كثيري السفر وجئنا من هولندا لقضاء أسبوعين اجازة في المملكة، قضيناها في خمسة فنادق كان اخرها هذا الفندق. قضينا أربع ليالي هي الاسوء في اي فندق سابق. في اليوم الاول أعطينا غرفة للمدخنين عكس الطلب ورغم انه عندي حساسية القصبات اجبرنا على البقاء بها ليلة واحدة رغم وجود غرف فارغة اخرى ورغم انه لايوجد ماء حار في الفرقة. أربع ليالي لم نتمكن من اخذ دوش لعدم وجود ماء حار في غرفنا وقد تم نقلنا إلى سيوت به ماء حار ولكنهم طلبوا منا ترك السويت بعد ساعة من الانتقال اليه وقاموا مع الاسف بنقل حاجاتنا الخاصة وملابسنا في غيابنا وهو قمة انعدام الأدب ، ونقلونا مجددا إلى غرفة ليس بها ماء حار وعاقبونا بعدم تنظيف غرفنا رغم طلبنا لذلك .اما الموظفين في الاستقبال فهم في ظاهرهم موءدبين ولكن يفتقدون الالتزام والصدق والأمانة في الوعود . والمصيبة انه عندما كتب لهم شركة ألبوكنك لتخبرهم بشكواي هذه انكروا جميع ذلك مع الأسف

Awesome location and staff. No ac in the rooms in the winter, weird. We left and didn’t stay.

May stay was magical, I loved having the biggest tree shining right outside my window!!!
Pros:

I loved being able to look out our window and seeing the tree.

Cons:

I thought the bed should have been on the opposite wall so we could sleep with curtains open and still be able to see the tree on monument circle.
