Some good stuff but huge problem with noise
Pros:

Stayed here for a week during a visit. The hotel is very central and overlooks the circle monument, easy to get to and my check in was quick and friendly. Room was large and overlooked the centre so great views. WiFi works after a few attempts and was reliable after that. The hotel was busy with a conference group and the noise was intolerable. Noise from rooms next door, noise from corridors and doors slamming, noise from cars and motorbikes outside. Barely seems any soundproofing at all and never managed a decent nights sleep. Bathroom had a shower and a bath, toiletries are so far up the wall they are at head height and squirted shampoo in my eye as we were level - I have no idea why they are so high up when there is a bath

Great Stay!
Pros:

I was in town for American Legion meetings. I found the lobby to be clean and staff to be friendly. They greeted me with a smile and were quick to check me in. My room was nicely furnished and clean. The bed was so comfy, it was difficult to get to my meetings on time. I enjoyed the on property coffee shop each morning. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a meal in the meeting rooms. The meal was EXCELLENT! The beef ribs and potatoes were very tasty. I also heard others complimenting the meal. So please pass on a great job to the kitchen staff. There is no doubt, I will be back! Travel safe…

For a family of 4, this was perfect.
Pros:

The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit odd. The toilet was almost under the countertop and had a flush like a public toilet. Not bad, just not usual. Great location.

Cons:

Parking was not included- it seems that parking isn't included at most hotels anymore.

Items Stolen! Management says “not our problem”
Pros:

Items were stolen from my vehicle. All I have received was the run around from management, the valet(which must have left the vehicle unlocked), and the Sheraton(Marriot) Bonvoy. I’d stay anywhere but here. What a joke.

Old, outdated, and dirty
Pros:

While the public areas of this hotel are ok, the rooms are not only outdated, they are filthy. We asked for a room switch when we found stains on the sheets in our first room, but our second room was no better with mold and water around the windows, a dirty shower and bathroom and old, uncomfortable beds. This hotel is in a major need of an upgrade and needs to hire a team of sanitizers to clean the hotel rooms top to bottom.

Great stay in Indy
Pros:

Great experience at the Sheraton. All the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and top notch. Breakfast buffet was great every day. Location was incredible for walking around and enjoying downtown Indy. I would definitely stay here again.

Formal Complaint: Disappointing Stay at Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel
Pros:

I am a high-level elite member, but I was treated with total indifference at this property. Not only did they refuse an upgrade claiming they were "full," but they put me in a room with a broken heater. I spent a freezing night with no improvement in temperature. When I called the manager on duty, she was condescending and dismissive, offering an "engineer visit" even after I told her one had already failed to fix the issue earlier that morning. Avoid this hotel if you value service or basic comfort.
