Pros:

The facility's rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning in our room was broken; when the staff couldn't fix it, they moved us to a suite. The staff were very attentive.

Cons:

We were told once we got to the hotel that the AC wasn't working & we could get a refund if we didn't want to stay, & that they couldn't give us a fan or money to buy one, but we were unable to find another hotel today that was reasonable at this time due to the FIFA championship being in Philly tomorrow. So we had to go to Walmart & purchase fans to keep our rooms cool I don't think that was right. One elevator is out of order & the other one is very squeaky, the chair in the room covering was peeling, the smoke detector in the room kept beeping and lastly the cabinet door which the fridge & microwave is in was not completely closing (coming off the hinge.

The bed and pillows were comfortable

Cons:

We were told that the pool was not open and that was only after asking what the hours were. It was not disclosed when booking or when checking in.
The A/C was not functioning, we were very warm trying to sleep.
There was another guest who was screaming in the hallway at 4AM that no one did anything about until we had to call down to complain. Got no sleep.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The first room smelled of smoke and other people I was with also has smoke smell in two other rooms. They changed my room without a problem and the room I was in was nice. Also there is no food but they have a coffee shop downstairs and also coffee in the room.
