Easy access to Penn station
The staff are very rude
Great location - close to EWR Airport and good rail links to NYC
Airport shuttle was terrible! Over 1hr wait at Newark and on the way back we’ve been told it doesn’t start until 5AM, despite reassurances from the previous day that it starts at 4AM. You’re better off taking bus 62 to and from Newark!
The location is great - very close to the Penn train station - easily walkable. The free airport shuttle definitely helps a lot. The bed was comfortable. The luggage storage also helped a lot.
The towels had yellow stains on them which I indicated on the hotel survey but they responded to only my other comments and did not respond about the stains on the towels. Overall I was a bit underwhelmed for the price I paid especially given the towel stains, the dusty bedside tables and dirt on the carpets. I would have expected more for the price at $230 per night but that might just be me.
Clean tooom and confsble ,gym inside the room and bigTV
Everything was perfect
Transport var nemt fra sted den ligger ret gode.
Gode senge
Morgenmad var ikke gode, heller ikke gode kaffe. Ikke frisk brød
Felt unsafe at night exiting from train station, not a nice experience at all
Most of folks were great - except one individual gave me grief about charging my phone (downstairs).
Location directly across from Newark Penn Station was great for our particular needs, since we were wanting a simple and easy transit to the NYC Penn Station.
Parking was tricky and expensive, ended up parking nearly a mile away to avoid a $70+ parking fee. Initial entry to the hotel before I had a key card was very confusing, essentially had to follow someone else in. Elevators didn't always work, had to get help from staff to use the service elevator to get our luggage back downstairs.
Location, Cleanliness
Price, understaff
Location
Expensive parking
The location of the hotel is great.
But the room, the overall ambient, and the facilities are old, very old. The hotel probably needs upgrading.
The proximity to the train station and the security round the building
Limited eating options
We are dissatisfied and need to speak with someone. 203-228-8660 Italo Solla
It was filthy, there were homeless people sleeping in front and around our car.
So da localização.
Insegurança na porta do hotel, estacionamento, falta de pro atividade da equipe.
