It was fine for what I needed, but won’t be staying here again.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

We didn’t get room service until the last day we were there. We had to constantly ask the front desk for towels and wash cloths. The carpet needed vacuumed.

Service was not great
Pros:

The inside of the hotel was very humid. The A/C kept the room cold, but it still had an odd humidity that is not normally felt inside a building. Housekeeping services were not great. We were out of shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, and tissues, and even though our room was "serviced" that day, none of them were replaced. We had to call the front desk to request those items. There was a wide variety at breakfast. The scrambled eggs were horrible. The omelettes were a little better. My favorite thing was the French toast sticks. My husband's favorite thing were the blueberry scones. I typically love waffles, but they were not worth the calories to me. The pork sausage was greasy. The chicken sausage was good, but it was only served one of the 4 days we were there. If you like to watch alligators, there are a couple that live in the water right outside the hotel. We saw them several times. Most of the parking area is a pretty long walk from the hotel.

Pros:

Front desk staff were awesome. I wish I could remember her name but there was a middle age lady who was so friendly and helped with an early check in that really helped make our stay great. Also really enjoyed the balcony view overlooking Mobile Bay. Sunset was awesome. Breakfast, as usual was supet.

Everything was really nice.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Pros:

The best experience everyone was very nice kind and very helpful we came with are dog and kids THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. The amount of kindness here is contagious there is also near by stores, gas stations and restaurants if anyone needed to know. The breakfast the next morning was amazing no limit :) oh and check in time said 4 but we where able to check in as soon as 12am thanks to how fast the cleaning service was
