Disappointing stay!
Pros:

The staff was friendly but that was best part and breakfast was ok.

Cons:

It was only overnight but hotel was under construction, there was tape on walls, the light wss out in elevator so didn't feel safe! The room AC was shaking bed, so couldn't use it and the shower head was broken coming out of wall.

Spacious and comfortable room, some of a friendliest staff you'll meet
Pros:

For me, this property checked off all the boxes. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and I was able to work remotely from it for several days. We were located literally 100 feet from a nice convenience store, which was perfect for me so I could get my daily Diet Coke and any snacks I might need, especially since I didn't have a vehicle much of the time. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All of the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Appreciated the communication via texting.

Cons:

Room service was spotty. The first day, we asked for another box of tissues (because I caught a cold) and some trash bags. Those never came, although I did get some trash bags from the cleaning crew the next morning. Had to go to CVS to buy some tissues. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra rolls in the room, so we had to go to the front desk and ask for a roll. And we ran out of bath towels by the last day and just made do.

Clean hotel, kind staff, great location
Pros:

Breakfast was ok but very convenient. For those with food allergies or vegetarian, the only option was oatmeal so I’m very happy that was a consistent option! I added almonds and honey. That was great to have. The eggs didn’t need ham I wish there was just an option w cheese or even plain

The staff was warm and friendly, the room was clean except the hair in the shower :(
The drain was clogged so every shower was like a bath. Other than that I appreciate the overall cleanliness and kind staff. The two most important things to me.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t very clean ( other persons hairs) and the drain was clogged. Housekeeping would have known if they had cleaned shower better

Understaffed and aged facility
Pros:

One night stay to visit friends in the area. Facility is in poor condition from maintenance perspective. Team were super sweet, but insufficient staffing. Only one of two elevators working for five story building. Room toilet had fecal stains that were not cleaned upon room turnover. Multiple drywall damage marks in the room. Molded grout in shower. Spend the extra $30 and go to a different nearby hotel that invests in their building to give their guests an outstanding experience.
