Location in Williamsburg was very convenient. Easy access in/out of the property.
Parking was limited in the front of the hotel. Most of the available for parking was in the rear and the side of the hotel. Did not feel comfortable parking in the back of the hotel. Would have liked more accessibility closer to the front of the hotel.
The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a chain hotel...and I travel a lot. The location was just far enough from i95 but still very easy to get to. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
For some reason we didn't have a shower curtain or bath mat. By the time I noticed some of my party were asleep so I had to go get it and put it up. The staff were friendly and happy to provide it

First of all I got there and I had no room wrong confirmation number that y'all sent booking.com so I'm very disappointed in that and I've used you guys over the years and this has never happened

I requested a room with a tub - and got it. Since it was a handicap accessible room, it was larger then usual. Bed was comfortable.
My husband was going to be gone most of the one day we were there so I was counting on sitting pool-side reading and relaxing. The website states there is a pool, however, apparently it doesn't open until Memorial Day!!! I couldn't stay in the room all day because the window shades were broken and all we had was a black-out shade that wouldn't open, making the room very dark. Even with all the lights on, I felt like I was in a cave. Should change the website to state when the pool is available!!!!! An ok property but there are better places in Richmond, VA

I booked this hotel because it was affiliated with Hilton, so I expected a certain standard. Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience. Both shower soap dispensers were empty, the hair dryer was broken, & the toilet tank wasn't working properly. The trash had not been emptied - there was still garbage left from the previous guests - & the floor was dirty, with food debris & even a coin on it.
The bed was fine. Shower was hot, plumbing worked, fridge and microwave worked.
My room had no privace/light block curtain, and there was a bright light outside the window. The desk chair was broken - the seat tilted. The room was cold, but controls did nothing (except on/off). Wifi was broken for my entire stay. Understaffed - persistent lines in the lobby. A car alarm went off a bunch overnight (not the hotel’s fault, but added to the general unrestfulness of my stay).
