Our room was clean and bed were comfortable and the property provided us quick access to the airport and our very early flight. Thank you for providing early shuttle service.
I wish there was a second shuttle driver. We paid extra for the stay and fly option and left our car parked at the hotel. when we returned it took over 45 minutes to catch a shuttle back to airport in freezing conditions. It was because they only had one shuttle van.

The beds where nice, the water pressure was nice, the coffee machine in the room was nice, the temp was nice & the tv was nice.
The fact the the toilet did not flush like it should and the gap around the door allowed me to see outside from inside the room. I did not like the fact that I was told the breakfast was not complementary after I walked up to the buffet that was not stocked barley any bacon or sausage & then watching the guy come out from the back and making the next guy that showed up a fresh omelet before the so called waitress who only got me water hands me a bill for $22 why I tipped them $5 was beyond me. I the & was tols it would be taken care of. I have not checked my account yet to see if it was.

The rooms provided to us were really far from the reception area. We had to drag our luggage all the way to the second tower
The property was nice and the lobby was beautiful and clean. My children really enjoyed the pool.
Our room door looked as though someone had tried to break into it. When we got it looked at from the engineer he said that no one would be able to get in without a key anyways. There was no trash can in the bathroom. We only had two towels for a family of 5. We purchased a king pull out sofa bed suite and there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed.

There is no refrigerator in the room. Our booking was duplicated and the staff said they corrected it, we left for the afternoon finding our room key no longer worked. The next staff person apologized and said they had corrected the issue.
The bed was super comfortable
Well...at first die A/c was not to change...I called the front desk and received a blase' answer..than I called again and fortunatly 2 nice technician came and fixed it...lucky me.
