Location was fine, easy check in.
Basic supplies were not in the room. No hand soap - had to use a shower gel. No hair dryer. Door did not shut all the way with out pushing or pulling. There was a size-able gap between the frame and the door.
Room was clean and spacious.
Overall service was very average. Coffee powder was not provided in the room on a daily basis. Even after asking it was not provided. Breakfast options were not good.
I didn't know other people (staff) would entry your room looking to steal your money and valuables. That is an issue.
I will never stay in this hotel again.
Staff was polite and courteous, bed was comfortable.
Property was a beat up and run down, elevators smell and so does the hallways. Restaurants were average inside, coffee inside the room was cheap quality, cups were cheap plastic and so was the toiletries. Carpets inside the room, hallways are all beat up. I

the safety of doors. i stayed in 11th floor and the lock just wasn’t secure we had to put the iron board against the door just to feel comfortable going to sleep

Estou desde a semana passada pedindo para enviarem a invoice e não enviam. Pediram para eu contatar a Booking.com e também não recebeu retorno até o momento.
Não entendo qual está sendo a dificuldade de enviar um documento que deveria ser entregue no check out.
