The hotel was very clean and well-maintained overall. The towels were super soft and comfortable, and the heated toilet seat was a really nice touch. The shower was clean, and all the amenities were there. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows, and the view was amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The lobby is huge and looks great. There’s plenty of parking, which made things easy. The restaurant downstairs was also really good, great food and great service. Our waitress, Poco, was excellent, very friendly, attentive, and great to talk to, which made the experience even better.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little small, but not a big deal. There were a few minor stains on the floor in the room, but it was clear the room was cleaned, just normal wear from guests. The clock wasn’t updated for daylight savings, which was a small inconvenience. Also, the Japanese restaurant was closed on Monday, which I didn’t realize ahead of time.

Hidden gemstone disguised as an office tower
Pros:

It’s a hidden gem. I have never stayed at this type of f property before but the facility was exceptional. First seven floors are meeting and conference rooms and the upper floors are all upscale rooms. Very reasonably priced! Friendly and helpful staff and the hotel is in outstanding shape given the fact that it’s a converted office building tower from the 1980’s. The onsite bar and restaurant are outstanding quality and service.
