It takes FOREVER to check in!!
Location, parking, spacious room
Waited over an hour & a half to check in. No rooms were available. Unbelievably poor customer service for the cost of the room

Hot water for bathing available only in the morning.
1 set of towels and 1 paper cup in a room with 2 queen beds.
Maid service came by around 4PM on our 2nd day there. They changed out our 1 towel set, sort of messed with one of the beds and emptied the garbage can. Basically that was it. It was really weird and sad, and kind of gross.
We saw the maid service folks in the hall, they seemed nice. Maybe it's the folks training them?

Our shower did not have hot water. We told the front desk who didn't seem to be interested at all. Plus breakfast should be complimentary. Other then that we had a very nice stay

My partner and I had an amazing time for our anniversary at the APA hotel. The staff were all kind and genuine. The amenities were great and the heated pool was a great touch. The food and service were great quality. We would love to visit again.

I booked and payed at time of booking staff tried to charge twice got a room with toilet that did not work staff tried to make me stay in the room till they fixed it with my pregnant wife stuff was extremely rude
