Location, Ac unit work really well......and breakfast is okay....need non pork food as well...

Cons:

TOILET SEAT IS WAY TO LOW & UNCOMFORTABLE FOR OLDER PPL ..DEFINITELY NEEDS YO VE HIGHER.!!.....Snacks needs to ve cheaper in concession area.

Pros:

I like the location of the hotel to shopping, entertainment, and food.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned well. There was candy on the floor by the bed and red stains on the floor. The first time I stayed there it was excellent. However, the more I stay there the more I'm noticing the rooms are not that clean.

Pros:

The fridge in our room (722) was not cold so we contacted the front desk and were told someone would be up to look at it and no one ever came. The second day we called again and still no one showed up. The lobby is nice and welcoming but the rooms are cramped and run down.

Pros:

The Check in Manager Aaron would not honor my reservation by not allowing me to pay the incidental fee ($50) with a friend's card over the phone. I had to sleep in the car, the temp was around 40 that night. Terrible Customer service. This is a hotel?
