The whole stay was not pleasant.
Cons:

Bad customer service. Air conditioner was not working properly. Thermostats was set on 68 F because of that room was hot and Iron was stained with burn. I have to call customer service 3 times to replace the iron. And we have to pay Additional for parking.

Cleanliness, HVAC (allergy issues), age and old appearance of building. Pool area was dirty and patio furniture was old and dirty.

Other than the hot room all was well.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was great and Ruth Chris Steakhouse was on the property.

Cons:

The outside temperature was 104 degrees and the hotel was fairly cool. However, our room was hot, 75 degrees. We didn’t sleep well as it was humid, hot and uncomfortable.

Pros:

Rooms are outdated - old bathroom dirty air circulation in room not fresh no microwave refrigerator did not get cold coffee pots outdated the desk phone to call lobby not working- I will not be using Hilton in future God willing
