Wedding event at the Hilton
Pros:

Had one of my wedding events here and a room block where all of our guests stayed. Couldn’t have had a better experience. The room was clear and spacious and we were given the parlor room for our bridal party to get ready in. We had our sangeet in the main banquet hall which was so spacious and well decorated. Working with Jennifer and Mario was such a pleasure and we couldn’t recommend this place more!

Highly recommend for your next company off-site meeting!
Pros:

My company held an all-day business Workshop at the Hilton Parsippany. They were amazing! They were able to deliver a clean, beautiful venue that fully met our needs while staying within our budget. Very easy to work with, professional and responsive. The food was delicious, the service was very attentive, friendly and professional. Everyone enjoyed the day and commented on how nice and smooth everything was run. Would highly recommend and we'll definitely use again.

Pros:

The atmosphere was good staff was great. Loved the extended hours of pool

Cons:

Room was to hot evens turning temp down but only to 68. The window was leaving lots of cold air through as the frame/seal was broke. Had to keep curtains closed.

Exceptional Front Desk Experience
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Angie, the front desk manager. She was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive from the moment I arrived. Angie handled everything smoothly and made sure I felt taken care of throughout my stay. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and leads the front desk with care. Excellent service and a great experience overall.

Cons:

Cleanliness, HVAC (allergy issues), age and old appearance of building. Pool area was dirty and patio furniture was old and dirty.

The whole stay was not pleasant.
Cons:

Bad customer service. Air conditioner was not working properly. Thermostats was set on 68 F because of that room was hot and Iron was stained with burn. I have to call customer service 3 times to replace the iron. And we have to pay Additional for parking.

Other than the hot room all was well.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The bed was great and Ruth Chris Steakhouse was on the property.

Cons:

The outside temperature was 104 degrees and the hotel was fairly cool. However, our room was hot, 75 degrees. We didn’t sleep well as it was humid, hot and uncomfortable.

Nightmare of a night
Pros:

Stayed: Jan 14-15th 2026. Had a terrible experience!
1) Room availability was after 4pm. Coming from DC I had to go to work directly because the room wasn't ready.
2) The rooms only blow heat and NO cooling, i repeat no cooling. So for any hot sleepers, you can't drop the temperature below 70 degrees. I was up all night even after turning the heat off. Although they brought me a fan. The so called window doesn't open more than an inch! Nightmare of a night.
3) Breakfast at their cafe was mediocre at best. Not worth for $20. I will not be staying here to say the least.

Racist hotel
Pros:

Racist hotel. This hotel gives preferential treatment to white guests. They may as well have signs plastered throughout the hotel saying whites only just like during Jim Crow. If you are black stay away from this hotel. Only white guests are treated well.

Hospitality done properly
Pros:

Arrived during front desk shift change to coordinate check in for myself and 100 of my colleagues. The front desk staff and members of management tackled this very large workload at short notice with smiles all around and absolute attention to detail. Bella, in particular, is a professional of the highest caliber.

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the lobby made for an easy commute to a wonderful dinner despite the freezing rain outside.
