Taking a little R & R, I chose this site due to its proximity to several highways.
Check-in was quick and easy. I was lucky enough to room on the Club floor. Unfortunately, the Club room was not open. When I called down to the front desk, I was told that the Club room was closed for the holidays. I mentioned that a sign would have been nice. Hours later, a taped piece of paper was on the Club room door.
The facility is well appointed: pool, fitness center with cool towels. Very nice.
From check in to check out, everyone was kind, professional and friendly, I am impressed, the room was adorable and the bed was very comfortable, most hotel beds make my husband's back hurt, this one did not, we slept very well! We also had dinner at the restaurant, the food was excellent, this was a good stay! I recommend!
There was an event, our party was there first, but no one told us to get in line, there was some favoritism, but that had nothing to do with the hotel.
This started out great, with fantastic service and wonderful staff to interact with. Then the Problems started when the Power Grid failed. And then they couldn't repair things. Elevators were out the entire time, a problem for disabled veterans. Internet stayed down. And most of the facilities were down...including Air Conditioning during a Humid heat wave. Very disappointing, and led to us cancelling a longer stay.
Everyone was super accomodating and staff was nice and respectable!

The bed wasn't too comfortable.
The space is really nice, the staff were great and doing what they could do. The rooms were fairly clean and everything was very welcoming when we arrived.
We were here for an event and there were a lot of things that went wrong. Some of which were in control of the hotel but most weren't. It started by me booking a double room with two beds and getting a king size bed with a pull out. This wasn't a big deal however everything after that kinda spiraled to make the trip not so great. The big thing is the power went out for 5+ hours our 2nd night and it was really hard to sleep in our hot room. Someone that was part of the event but not part of my group had to sleep on the couch in the lobby due to mobility issues because they couldn't reach their room on a higher level due to the elevator being out. It's sad that he wasn't able to be accommodated in a better manner. There were no offers of any refund, apologies, or extra accommodations that we had to endure this happening when I checked out. The room holding us for the event was incredibly hot and humid and it was fairly clear the AC wasn't able to handle that many humans in one space. Being tired, hot, and cranky made the event not fun and I don't think I would attend another at this location. On top of this I carpooled with 3 others and the 4 of us had 3 rooms and each of us got charged a parking fee when we only had one car.
Tried to book a room that they offer on their website. The 3rd party people they use for reservations said the room didn’t even exist even though it’s on their website. So I called and spoke to the front desk at the hotel. The room exists but you have to book through another “sales” department which was of course closed when I called to book. I think that’s stupid for many reasons.
Very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good climate control.
Very small bathroom. Shower leaked on floor. Main door was not sealed. At night you could see light from hallway on 3 sides of door.
It was very clean and welcoming!
