This is an old pig with a little less older lipstick. Charging top dollar for everything....including a crappy continental breakfast that was $25 a person!! No signs on the price anywhere. My wife grabbed a cup of coffee and a small bowl of yogurt. My 2 daughters each had a piece of toast and a small bowl of fruit, i had some cold eggs, and a piece of fatty bacon. I about came unglued when she brought a bill over to the table and it was over $100 for a cold crappy breakfast!! The hotel is very old you can tell it has been renovated several times. The rooms are small, the bathroom is the size of a half bath, shower barely gets hot with minimal pressure. We were provided 3 towels for a double bed room. (Yeah that makes since...) Lights flashing in the room all night. I even had to unplug the LED light on top of the ice bucket cabinet because it was constantly blinking. Not to mention when I went to unplug it the entire top of the cabinet was covered in thick dust and hair. Disgusting!!! The lighting and furniture in the room reminded me of a bad 80's movie. TV on the wall was crooked with wires hanging under it.
The beds are not even queen sized they are maybe a full size at best! Everything about this hotel is a complete scam job. I am an Executive that travels on a regular basis and this is by far the worst bait and switch hotel I have ever come across. I normally just chalk it up to bad luck that day and I know not to stay at that hotel again but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had!
I am writing this to inform future guests about a significant breach of privacy and a total failure in security protocols during my recent stay (Jan. 2-3, room 522). DO NOT BOOK HERE.
While on a "staycation," an experience that should have been relaxing turned into an invasion of privacy. Between 9:15 and 9:19 AM, while I was stepping out of the shower, a hotel employee keyed into my room and entered without authorization. He did not knock on the door one time. My boyfriend, who was asleep at the time, was forced to jump out of bed to confront the intruder. The employee’s only response was, “Oh my bad man, I had this room marked as vacant.”
Upon reporting this to the front desk, I was told I had been "checked out" at 7:09 AM. This is factually impossible and points to a massive “administrative error;” I never checked out, and I had even used my key card to re-enter the room after breakfast at 8:00 AM with no issues.
I was “checked out” without my consent or presence, effectively stripping me of my right to a secure, private room. The front desk offered Bonvoy points as an apology. Points do not restore a lost sense of safety or repair the emotional distress of having a stranger walk in on you in a state of undress.
I called the hotel to follow-up Wednesday, Jan. 7 as I had not heard anything from them regarding this situation and was able to speak with manager, Jo. During our conversation Jo was extremely nonchalant and did not offer a single apology. He explained the mix-up by claiming that another guest with the same last name as me checked out, and implied that I should simply be understanding of such a massive security failure.
Jo explicitly stated that he received all Priceline emails directly and would approve a refund. This turned out to be false. Since Sunday/Monday, Priceline has attempted to contact management multiple times. Each time, we are met with excuses: "the manager is gone for the day" or "call back in one/two hours." Today, management finally told Priceline that they will not be providing any refund or compensation.
No sense of safety here, lack of integrity and poor customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE if you value your privacy and physical safety. A hotel should be a sanctuary, but this establishment proved that their staff can—and will—enter your room at any time due to preventable “clerical errors.”
Breakfast was excellent. The only issues were hearing all the other guest door closing very hard constantly. Making if the doors could close softer would be better for other guest due to the rooms being so small and bathrooms. You hear everything from the hallways and from the other guest talking next door and in the halls very clear as if they were in the rooms with us. But very nice hotel and staff.
The doors close too loudly and all the guest being loud outside our door and our room key stopped working out of nowhere had to get 2 sets of keys remade to get in our room which was an inconvenience of going back and forth downstairs
Very professional

Stay was fine
I have always enjoyed this location before whether I was attending a conference or staying for a family event. I recently attempted to make a reservation for a family member, we wanted to pay for the reservation and have her just be able to check in on her own. Other hotel chains allow for this by using an authorization form, however this location would not accommodate us. Unfortunately because the payer could not be present at check-in we are taking our business elsewhere.
Great room and the staff was so accommodating and friendly!
Quick easy stay, same day reservation was $24 cheaper on hotels.com than Sheraton website direct.
nothing especial. I didn’t enjoy at all.
Excellent staff. No complimentary coffee anymore :(
Cant complain about anything at all. Cool bartender name Ed also 😎
