Pros:

Place is very spacious I was greeting by a lovely lady at the Front Desk on Sunday, enjoyed a great steak Frits at the Gander’s Restaurant. Everything about my stay was great however checkout the next afternoon was all but good. The lady at the front desk was short and inattentive her phone seemed to have all her attention. I also had a question about my bill and her response was “I don’t know nothing about that. Anything else?”

Disappointed
Pros:

Booked this place because it was located conveniently to the Airport. However, we'll never stay there again!

Cons:

Disappointed that we paid for breakfast but it didn't open until 7 and we had an early flight to catch. No refund!

Furniture in room needs to have cosmetic repairs or updates.
Bathroom was not as clean as expected.

Pros:

We reserved an accessible room. When we checked in, there was none available - that all the others had checked in earlier. Yet, when I called early in the day to ask when we could check in, we were told not until 4. We arrived at 4. How did everyone else check in early, then? I passed up other hotels that were a better location for my plans, and less expensive, in favor of booking with you because of the choice of mobility accessibility. Then I did not get what I reserved.

This was a great place to stay and was very close to the airport. The food was great, too! The work being done on the elevators was a little inconvenient, but it will make the hotel that much better in the future!

Picked a Hilton as I thought this would a be a clean good place to stay and mostly all that was good, just the room and hotel in some real need of some renovations, damage drywall, pealing wall paper, damaged baseboards. Looks like staff is doing their job, however ownership not doing theirs.
