The toilet was broken/constantly running and the shower drain didn't work, and the faucet would fully switch over. Besides the bathroom, everything was great

Not much to like for it being a double tree.

Cons:

Rooms were not ready even though I tried to check in at 7pm. Entire hotel in in desperate need or updates and repairs. It was a rainy day and there were leaks all over the place. Rooms had no microwave.

They didn’t have neither an extra comforter nor an extra towel. I can at understand not having an extra comforter, but we booked for three people and only received two bath towels in the room.

it was pretty average to below average.
Pros:

Staff and the restaurant were very nice.

Cons:

The AC didn't work much in the night. It was extremely hot. The ceiling was leaking with a bucket at the bottom to collect water at the reception. The water didn't drain in the shower/tub as well and took about 30 min to fully drain every time one took a shower.

The hotel is disgusting!! The bathtub doesn't drain. Dead bugs. Hair all over. Soooo much dirt and mold in the cooling system. And false advertising that the hot tub is open when in fact it is filled in.

Great convenient park and fly hotel
Pros:

Convenient park and stay hotel, just a couple minutes from airport. Staff was really helpful, shuttle was easy and quick, shuttled 1.5 hrs ahead of flight and had plenty of time!
Price for park satay and fly was great.
Nice room, everything fine, had a great sleep. Only one suggestion: woulda been nice if room had a mini fridge.

Better than Expected
Pros:

I read some of the reviews in advance and was a bit concerned as a Diamond member. This hotel is a bit dated, but nice and clean. My room was great with 2 queens, a mini bar with fridge, and a well lit bathroom. The on-site bar/restaurant had very good food at reasonable prices. Nice variety of local draft beers for $7 each. Buffet breakfast was good and $15. Hotel is close to the airport as well as shopping and other restaurants. I took their shuttle to the airport without issues. Front desk staff were friendly. No complaints from me. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our weekend stay, excellent location to be able to get out and see the town.
