Very pleasant stay with friendly staff.
Pros:

I like the charm and decor of the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious. We had a beatiful view of the mountains. We were pleasantly surprised to find a washer/dryer in our room. We will most likely be staying again.

Cons:

Not really that big of a deal, but we were surprised at how cold the pool was.

It met our needs for one night.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the pool Breakfast had a lot of choices.

Cons:

There were some odd things. The mattress sits on a metal base which made a loud clang if you sat down too hard or touched it with your foot. TV listed numerous apps and local TV but all were inaccessible. The time on the Very Bright clock could not be adjusted. We were only there one night, mainly just to sleep, so these inconveniences were annoying but not that important.

Could have been great....
Pros:

Close to a lot of areas. The staff is friendly. The size of room was nice.

Cons:

Room was dirty old cake in fridge and trash was overflowing when we got there. The pool was freezing not heated like it says online. The first time I stayed it was really nice and clean... this time the exact opposite. Posted a photo of the cake we stayed on July 21 and cake was dated July 10. 😅

Exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Very clean! Perfect location. Staff was great. The night lady ( I didn’t get her name) was exceptional. I was not pleasant with her at first and she handled me like a champ. She deserves a raise.
