La habitación es amplia y las camas muy cómodas.
La ubicación del hotel es excelente.
La atención del personal fue genial.
Que no había tapetes antiderrapantes en el baño y nos resbalamos en la regadera.
Hotel was beautiful inside and out and extremely well appointed. Room was large and very comfortable. The location near the plaza was perfect.
The staff were clearly having major issues. Bless the desk manager who was working hard to keep it together, but the cleaning staff was behind, restaurant staff were slow and under prepared and things hadn't been prepared for our large group resulting in a long wait. Wait didn't feel like a Hilton...it felt a little like a train wreck. I hope they can address the issues.
Proximity to Old Town was great!
Staff throughout the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices and attentive servers.
The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the historic Plaza.
Old frayed towels, a bedspread which had lumpy bunched up detached batting in it......not a good look for a Hilton. Swimming pool looked dirty or maybe it just needs a refinish on the bottom as it looked splotchy black or???
The Ortiz restaurant within the hotel was understaffed and my meal was disappointing in that the cheese was rubbery and the tortilla tasted stale. The filling which was supposed to be shredded chicken was cut up dark meat cubes.
Be aware that you will be charged 31.00 a day for parking on the hotel's property
Niente di particolare
Sia il riscaldamento che la cassaforte non funzionavano e nonostante le mie richieste di intervento presentate alla reception non sono mai stati riparati
First time staying there..staff was really friendly.
Nice environment
Very comfortable nice accommodations within walking distance to the plaza.
While the room was well-appointed, the heating/cooling system made it sound like you were in a loud factory and there was no way to adjust it. This was preceded by two other Hiltons -- San Diego and Denver -- that had (1) a bathtub that wouldn't drain and help that didn't come to fix it and (2) electric shades that wouldn't work and so they were fixed on open.
We loved the location. The furnishings were very nice and felt updated. We were able to bring our dog and that worked out perfectly. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The building was beautiful! I also enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. We are from ABQ and it's fun to have a staycation in Santa Fe. This was our first time at the Hilton and felt it was a good value for the location and amenities.
We were in a pet room and there was some pet hair on the couch from the previous guests. We didn't allow our dog on the couch. There was pet and people hair piled up int the back corner behind the bathroom door. I scooped that up and threw it away. Otherwise, the room was very nice!! I would have liked to look into the pool area, but I am not sure that pet rooms are located on the interior.
Las habitaciones y el servicio por parte del personal excepcional
The location of this hotel is excellent. Short walk to most sites. The pool was supposedly heated,. but was cold as ice! It was also open until 10 pm, but it was pitch dark. No lights. This was unsafe. Most Hiltons have coffee in the lobby all day. This hotel removed the coffee urns at 9 am! Seems like they wanted business at Ortiz's restaurant instead. The rooms were okay. The upholstery on one of our chairs was stained and looked dirty. The only upside to this place is the location.
We had a fun time at the Hilton Santa Fe Historic plaza. This hotel is perfect for seeing all the sights if you want to walk. The staff at the hotel is super nice and helpful, and the restaurant is first rate. Make your reservation here.
This hotel benefits greatly from its location which, for a Santa Fe experience, it could not be better. Other than that, it is not really up to Hilton standards. The staff is inconsistent, some great, some really bad. The service is minimal, and the rooms are old and not kept well. It is more like a Garden Inn.
Located in a unkept neighborhood, area isn’t suitable for a B&B.
Location. The hotel wasn’t worth what I paid.
The cost. The room was okay but not worth what I paid for it.
After decades as loyal Santa Fe Hilton guests: NEVER again: Unclean rooms; Unkempt linens; Uncooperative staff; Unclean bathrooms; ghastly accommodations= not for us, never again; how sad, as we’ve had great memories there
