A quick trip
Pros:

The customer service was office the charts. Beds was comfortable water was hot and AC was nice and cold.

Cons:

The restaurant was to expensive for my taste but plenty other options around.

Overall good but the maid was a def negative for the property especially since sound travels to the rooms from the hallw
Pros:

Convenient location to Mayo Clinic and clean

Cons:

The maid staff of the 3rd floor was talking very loud starting early in the morning on the phone and to other staff members. This went on all morning until we checked out

The price for the weekend was good. The hotel was decent

Cons:

I did not like that They did not do early check-in. The hotel needs remodeling. The room I was in had a hole by the air unit. The flooring around the tub and the door in the bathroom was disgusting. There were baby roaches. The TV in the room did not work. I informed the front desk and I was told that maintenance would come the next morning and switch the TVs out, that did not happen. They also do not do daily cleaning.

Do not stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing At ALL!!!

Cons:

This hotel and staff were rude, condescending and not helpful at all. Manager for the property Mary Deerer was absolutely rude and not accommodating. I've never been to a hotel where I was so dissatisfied! The rooms where old and not renovated pictures below Smell of mildew and a urine like smell in the bathroom. The doors had stains on them. It was a very cringe experience.

I don’t think I’ll ever stay at another Wyndham.
Pros:

I booked it because of the price but in hindsight I should have spent the extra $60-$80 bucks.

Cons:

There was only one working elevator with no ventilation. The halls were dank and musty smelling. There were no washcloths just bath and hand towels. The showers had rust, I needed shower shoes.
