Clean comfortable rooms

Cons:

Definitely need better help they locked us out of are room twice because they didn't pay attention to how long we were staying there also when we arrived we asked for a extra day n they said they had the room then when I asked again they said they didn't.

My family enjoy our stay in the hotel. Its clean and organized.
Pros:

I like its location cause its is very accessible and very near ti the downtown.

Cons:

Hopefully the staff will have a sweet smile as guests will come in.

There breakfast was not good , frozen foods like and tasted very Weared, n been I freezer for long , eggs needs to be cooked well. Test just bad… try review your food again.

We really just stayed there overnight to sleep on our way home to Michigan, but everything was fine

The room was comfortable.

Cons:

We had a 5 minute wait for staff to show up to the front desk for us to check in. The air conditioning unit compressor was very loud every time it kicked on. It was loud enough, that I did not sleep well.

Didn’t get the hotel room we booked, wasn’t clean, and was met with incompetent staff.

Cons:

Bathroom photos online were misleading. The bathrooms we got in our room had mildew on the shower curtains, lime buildup, and spots across the curtain.
