The staff where very nice house keeping comes to your room every day to see if you need anything if you don't want them to come to your room you just put the thing on your door the food was good and the juice was not watered down like some hotels are overall good experience

Cons:

Only thing I didn't care for is they are remodeling and it smells like fresh paint in some areas but not a big deal

The stay was average or slightly below

We really enjoyed the breakfast and it was well stocked. The new carpeting was nice but needed to be vacuumed.

Cons:

It was obvious that deep cleaning had not been done at the facility for quite some time. The carpeting was nice, but it really needed a good vacuuming. There were black long hairs when we pulled back the top sheet crawl into bed, good thing I brought my own sheets! The entertainment center look like a dog or something had chewed the bottom part of it, and the chunks of wood were still laying on the floor.

Kind of sketchy.
Cons:

The floor in the breakfast room was disgusting both mornings. So sticky that everyone's shoes stuck to the floor.

There was a weird brown stain on the bed cover in my room. I called the front desk and asked for a new one and he told me to just take it off the bed and leave it on the floor instead.

Staff could of at least paid for our pictures that YOUR CLEANING SERVICE threw out, we will never stay there again
