NO ENTREGAN LA FACTURA POR EL VALOR DEL ALOJAMIENTO

No me entregan la factura correspondiente al valor pagado por el alojamiento, Booking dice que debo pedirsela al hotel lo cual he realizado en mas de 4 oportunidades y no obtengo respuesta y dado que es un viaje de la Empresa requiero que me entreguen la factura.

Cleanliness and lack of maintenance was disturbing for the price at a Hilton.

Sleepless
Pros:

Was close to location I needed to go to each day

Cons:

The room AC/heat kept banging could not get a good night sleep. Reported it for 3 days and they could not get it fixed. Said it was but it wasn’t. Maintenance put the thermostat on fan the 3 day but then it ran all the time and when I switched it to auto-fan the banging started again.
