Cons:

Jen was very rude, and difficult to communicate with. Managers do not work together to resolve problems. Will be filing a claim with corporate.

Super comfortable beds and helpful staff.
Pros:

Wow! That room had incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows! I was on a work trip and each night I looked forwards to snuggling in. I was worried that my room #308 would be noisy right beside the ice machine, but I didn't hear anything.
The pool there was small but memorable, because it's 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor. Even though it was cold outside in February, they had the heating up high, so it was fun to dive under the dividing wall and come up outside where it was snowing. There were kids screeching in the indoor part, but all was quiet coming up outside among the peaceful snowflakes falling in the night.
The central location of this hotel also makes it convenient, with many restaurants around it and Old Orchard mall across the street.
The front desk staff was very helpful as I couldn't get my documents to print double-sided. They invited me to email the docs to them and printed them out for me on both days of my stay.
I really did have a good stay, but reasons I didn't give it 5 stars: There's no coffee shop in the building, so you have to leave for that. Rooms and guest areas are showing their age. Strong smell of cleaning products in the outer areas, kind of musty smell in room. Limited parking in front because that lot serves a restaurant and the a performing arts center, but I believe there is still parking in the back further away. Computers were down when I arrived, so I had to wait a while before they found a way to manually check people in.

NO ENTREGAN LA FACTURA POR EL VALOR DEL ALOJAMIENTO
Cons:

No me entregan la factura correspondiente al valor pagado por el alojamiento, Booking dice que debo pedirsela al hotel lo cual he realizado en mas de 4 oportunidades y no obtengo respuesta y dado que es un viaje de la Empresa requiero que me entreguen la factura.
