I have stayed here before, several times, and been very pleasant!

Cons:

On this particular date/booking, I was charged for the room... However when I arrived at the property, I was told by front desk staff that my reservation was not found and was not offered any refund!?
Not great business nor very friendly or helpful to acknowledge an error!
Still never received refund and just lost $68.
