Just an icky place
Pros:

Convenient location to restaurants and the venue where we were attending an event.

Cons:

Sheets and bedding had stains and appeared dirty, we got clean blankets from the desk and slept on those.
There is a $50 hold placed on your card for potential damages that is not returned for 3-5 business days after checkout that was not disclosed.
Entire 2nd floor smelled like somebody was smoking massive amounts of pot. The floor was supposedly non-smoking.
Room was very muggy and humid, even with AC on and was never able to get comfortable between the smell, the temp and the icky bedding. 2 tiny pillows per bed, and when more were requested I'm pretty sure they were pulled from another room bc the lady went on the elevator to another floor and came back with them.
Overall just an icky stay and won't stay there again.

It was a pleasant place to stay with
Pros:

Sam was AMAZING! My room wasn't fully ready when I arrived. She made the appropriate accommodations and provided is with an even better room to put satisfaction. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She exhibited Stella customer service! We were in town for a funeral and she made our experience in Highpoint NC a pleasant one. I will definitely stay at Super 8 by Wyndham if I travel again that way. I will also recommend my family and friends. Thank you so much for providing excellent customer service at Wyndham.
