Pros:

Lo mejor de este hotel es la ubicación en centro histórico y a apenas 10 minutos caminando del Duomo y 5 minutos del mercado. Muy bien comunicado a 2-3 minutos de la estación de tren de Santa Maria de Novella, con paradas de tranvía al aeropuerto,... Buen desayuno, con buena calidad, sobretodo tartas caseras y postres. La atención del personal excelente tanto en recepción, como en los desayunos. Excelente limpieza.

Cons:

La llave de la habitación, con llavero muy pesado, que te obligaba a dejarla en recepción, cada vez que salíamos del hotel, un sistema de llaves con tarjeta no estaría mal.

A única vantagem dessa acomodação é a localização e o atendimento do Carlos e Lorenzo que foi excelente.

Cons:

Não é limpo, é tudo muito antigo e pesado. A banheira estava imunda. Muita poeira nos quartos o no restante do hotel, é possível ver a sujeira nos pés dos móveis. O café da manhã é pobre e nem sempre fresco.

L'hôtel est très beau, bien situé à côté de la gare mais sans le bruit, le personnel très attentif.

Cons:

Les prestations, pour ce que nous en avons vu, ne sont pas toujours dignes d'un quatre étoiles. La chambre était exiguë, bien trop chauffée et un peu vieillote. Heureusement que nous avions une terrasse, grande et très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est le point noir : dans une salle, certes très belle mais en sous sol, et la qualité de ce qui est proposé n'est vraiment pas digne d'un quatre étoiles. À part la salade de fruits, aucuns produits frais, ça se sent au goût et c'est vraiment dommage.

Very convenient location. Beautiful building and beautifuly decorated .

excellent breakfast. The staff smiling. The location perfect. 4 minutes from main train station and tram. My room was beautifully decorated and well lighted.
