Very pleasant, perfect location.
Pros:

Location. Friendly staff

Cons:

The lighting, not sure if it was us or a problem but they went off a couple of time. It was easily fixed but if there is a special way to do something it should be explained when we book it. Basically it was all lights on or off no control of reading lights.

Excellent location and breakfast, would recommend.
Pros:

The hotel is very imposing and smart. The location was excellent to walk to everything we needed. On a quiet side road, Not in the centre as that would have been too busy.
The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The balcony only overlooked a service area.
The reception staff were polite.
The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Cons:

The breakfast staff were mostly young girls and disorganised. They needed an obvious Maitre’D overseeing everything. Hot drinks had to be reminded for. Smiles and eye contact were not evident.
