El personal es muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. Es la tercera vez que me alojo allí. El desayuno es variado y abundante. Y el hotel está muy bien situado. Al lado de la estación principal de Florencia y a unos cinco minutos andando del Duomo.

We booked a privat day tour through the hotel for $700 to Pisa and Lucca. The guide didn't explain anything, just dropped us off and picked us up from destinations. He was just an expansive taxi driver!
La ubicación excepcional, a 200 metros de estación SMN y de tranvía al aeropuerto, a diez minutos de todo. Es un antiguo “palazo” de gran recepción, habitaciones muy amplias y tranquilas. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Nuestra habitación 321.

Just 5 minutes from the central train station, this was an ideal location for us as train travellers. It was only a short 15-minute walk into the heart of the Firenze historic centre.
The room was a great size - comfortable ,quiet and clean - with fluffy towels and dressing gowns.
We had breakfast included - the buffer selection was excellent for persons without dietary requirements. However, we found breakfast dining staff had a poor understanding of good food labelling and measures to avoid cross-contamination (as we have seen elsewhere). Given the prevalence of celiac people in Italy, the dining service at this 4 star hotel was a real disappointment.

The breakfast was great! There was a good selection of food. The staff were attentive and very friendly. Most of all, the location is ideal. It's walking distance to many famous attractions.
