Pros:

古いですが雰囲気のある良い感じのホテルです。朝食はバラエティに富んでいました。パンとコーヒーが美味しかったです。フルーツやナッツが揃っていたので、ヨーグルトも美味しくいただけました。スタッフの方々もとても親切です。部屋は広く、デスクも十分な広さがありましたので、出張にも便利でした。ロケーションも駅近、展示会場からも徒歩圏、また観光地にも徒歩で行きやすい場所にあります。価格的にもお得な感じがしました。Wi-Fiも十分な速度と思いました。バスタブが付いているのも良かったです。洗面台が低いので背が低くても使いやすかったです。ミニバーがあったのも良かったです。

Cons:

晩遅くに着いたら門が閉まっていて、どこから入って良いかわかりませんでした。雨の中しばらくウロウロしてやっと、門の横のブザーに気がついてブザーを押して始めて開けてもらえました。
晩に到着することは知らせてあったので、事前にどう言うふうにして門を開けてもらわないといけないか、連絡をくださっても良かったのではないかと思います。
入口に階段がありますので、大きなスーツケースを持っていると、ちょっと面倒かも、です。
ベッドのそばにコンセントがないのが一番困ったかもしれません。デスクの上にしかありませんでした。
部屋の照明が暗いので、仕事をするには少し暗すぎるように思います。デスク用の照明がもう一つあれば、と言うところでしょうか。テレビも電気ポットも接触不良なのか、つけるのに時間がかかりました。初日にミネラルウォーターとスパークリングウォーターと１本ずつ無料のが置いてあって嬉しかったのですが、結局５泊しても追加はありませんでした。2−3日に1度で良いので追加があればもっと嬉しかったです。クローゼットの大きさやハンガーの本数は十分にあったのですが。ハンガーの位置が高すぎて、背の低い人には掛け外しがとても難しいと思います。特にヨーロッパでよくある、金具に引っ掛ける式のハンガーなので、部屋が暗くてあのハンガーは、穴にヒットさせるのがなかなか難しいです。洗面所の水栓は緩いので、洗濯するのには少し不向きです。

Fantastic Hotel.
Pros:

Location is perfect for trams/trains and access to all the main squares in the city.
It was spotlessly clean and staff couldn’t have been any more helpful.
Options at breakfast were great, (continental or cooked breakfast.
Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel.

Posizione comodissima, a poca distanza a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro città. Personale molto gentile ed efficiente. Pulizia buona. Ottima colazione.

Cons:

Le camere andrebbero rimodernate sotto alcuni aspetti (nella nostra camera il soffione della vasca/doccia aveva problemi di regolazione del getto e della temperatura).
