Excellent value for money, strategic place, nice staff
Pros:

The staff is very kind and helpful while the estate is lovely, including the vintage elevator, the floor and the view.
The bathroom is nice, with hot water and big mirrors.
breakfast is good and I enjoyed some foreign tv channels

Cons:

Some little details a bit old (the bathroom table for example), the pictures in the corridors (famous cities from al around the world while you are in Florence…come on!)

Pros:

Wir hatten zwei separate Zimmer, zugänglich über einen gemeinsamen Eingang, absolut perfekt. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Couch, die auch als Zusatzbett genutzt werden könnte. Da ein Mitglied unserer Gruppe stark erkältet war und entsprechend schnarchte, waren wir sehr froh über diese Ausweichmöglichkeit. Lage ist städtisch ruhig (natürlich ab und zu ein Hupen oder Motorengeräusch, aber wir sind sehr lärmempfindlich und es ging sehr gut); direkt hinter dem Bahnhof und in Spaziernähe zu allem, absolut hervorragend.

Cons:

Wenn man denn unbedingt etwas Negatives bemerken will, war das Frühstück an der Müesli-Front etwas begrenzt und langweilig.
