Unvergesslichen Tage in Florenz
Pros:

Schönes, historisches Haus, sehr gepflegt in top Lage. Das Frühstück war mit einem riesigen Angebot einfach fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr professionell und bei jeder Angelegenheit sehr hilfreich. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Einige von uns empfanden die Matratze etwas hart.

地獄に仏のホテルでした
Pros:

当初、フィレンツェではセルフサービスのアパートメントに滞在していたのですが、そこで階段から足を踏み外して落ちそうになったところをもちこたえたことで足首を骨折し、救急受診した後、同僚と相談して引っ越しするホテルがないかをBooking.comで探したら、最後の1室で出てきたので、そのままタクシーでチェックインしました。片足歩行しかできない状況や、帰国までの2泊は部屋にずっといることなど説明すると、食事をルームサービスにして追加料金なしとなりました。ベッドも大きなベッド一つの部屋でしたが、骨折のことを知ってソファを急遽二つ目のベッドにつくりかえてくれたり、対応が早かったです。特筆すべきはお風呂で、ちょうど良い場所に丸椅子が置いてあり、手すりもあちこちについていたので、少々身体不自由でも十分使えて、かつ何かあったとき用のブザーがありました。部屋の広さも日本のホテルぐらいで小さいのですが、使いやすかったです。

Cons:

全体的に照明が暗く（ヨーロッパとしては平均的ですが）、書き物をする机については、もう少し明るいものがあれば良いと思いました。また電源が机のところに集中していて、ベッドサイドにないのはベッドで充電しながらスマホ見れないのがやや難点です。

Firenze is niet te missen, een uitstekende uitvalsbasis
Pros:

Locatie, bereikbaarheid via openbaar vervoer, behulpzaam en beleefd personeel, zeer verzorgd ontbijt

Cons:

Kamers aan de straatkant dus ‘s nachts lawaaierig, vraag een kamer aan de binnenzijde.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, fast am Bahnhof und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich . Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ausreichend.

Cons:

Es war trotz Klimaanlage sehr warm im Zimmer , man konnte aber wegen der vielen Mücken nicht das Fenster aufpassen, da keine Gaze vorhanden war. Beim Frühstück fehlte vegane Milch.
