Excellent all round, the hotel, the journeys and the cities we stayed and visited didn't disappoint.
Pros:

Terrace and view were great. We took a trip by train to Pisa, so being close to the railway station was a real benefit. Being on a quieter side street kept local noise low.

Cons:

Air con didn't seem to cool the room below 24 deg despite a lower temp being selected.

Muy buena atención del personal, hotel muy limpio, muy buena ubicación, todo perfecto, por.ponerle una pega, la presión del agua en la ducha era un poco baja, pero igual era solo en nuestra habitación. Totalmente recomendable. Si vuelvo a Florencia repetiré en este hotel.
