Cons:

My Experience is very very bed with Booking.com. I booked hotel for 4 nights but I stay over there only one night. Hotel said you should contact with Booking.com for refund I tried many time but Booking .com costumer service is very bad. For Booking.com my rating is. -0

Pros:

I chose this hotel because it was close to the venue where I attend it. A function would not been my first choice won’t be going back.

Cons:

The registration clerk was rude he seems not happy to be working there and not very professional. I asked questions and he appeared to have an attitude. The breakfast was OK took a long time to get eggs.

Trash and needles in parking lot people sleeping in cars in parking lot who were drunk when u asked for a late checkout the gal told me that she was going to charge for another night if it was three pm but would only charge me 30$ if it was out by 1pm when I came to the front desk to pay my 30$ I gave her $40 and she refused to give me change stating that they don’t have change however I payed for an extension in change so I’m confused
