Our stay was alright but certainly not up to Hilton standards in my opinion.
Pros:

The property was clean and smelled clean.

Cons:

Elevators too slow. Front desk was not much help when I got locked out of my room. She asked me if I had my ID on me and I told her it was in my room. She could have asked me the last 4 digits of the card I booked my room with as the hotel manager suggested but instead she called security to take me up to my room and told him he had to verify my id.

Convenient for what we needed.
Pros:

Close to our event. Nice and clean pretty city views.

Cons:

We received the wrong room 2 times but had to make do with the second one as we were running behind for our even and there was a long check in line. One of the service ladies wasn’t very polite to guests.

We enjoyed our stay and would and was comfortable while we were there.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, easy check in and check out. Room was very clean and comfortable.

There seemed to be alot of transient people wondering around hotel.

When the cleaners take towels they should replace them. We asked 3 times before we got them.

Excellent staff. They were very nice and professional.

Cons:

The room was poorly lighted. Very dark. No lighting over the dresser. Impossible to see early in AM. Need more lights.
